I took my 1-year old here for his first (and also second) haircut. They have seats that look like cars and also have cartoons on screens to keep the kids distracted.From a service perspective - they are very accommodating with appointment requests on short notice. The hairdresser is very patient with the children. They even gave us a laminated few strands of my son's hair as a souvenir from the first haircut. At the end of the haircut they give the child a balloon which is always a delight.I'm definitely coming back here every time my son needs a haircut!

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! we went there yesterday and my 4 years old daughter was willing to get her first haircut, so we tried it. However the lady did a TERRIBLE HAIRCUT, was uneven and when I asked her to fix it she made it worse, she didn’t know how to deal with kids, she was very unprofessional. Also when we were leaving she gave my daughter a brush as a gift" but turned out to be a brush for dogs SO LAME. I paid 40 dollar for something I could have done it myself at home. NOT RECOMMENDED"

Tran is extremely kind and good at kids cuts. She really goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. She is really gentle with kids.My oldest has a bit of a fear of loud noises and I find the clippers they use don't have as loud of a pitch as other places, so he prefers this salon for his cuts:)

The lady who cut my kids' hair was really nice. But she did a horrible job with their hair. The front of their hair was un-even. To the extent that was not fixable. The sides were not better either. Maybe this place is good for babies but not for older kids with ticker hairs. Wont come back here!

Great place to get your kids hair cut! The hairdresser is very nice and does a fantastic job! Cool little car chairs for the kids to sit in too!

Wow!!! I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment in half an hour. I took my son here for his first haircut and he was a little scared but fairy made sure he was feeling comfortable and happy andgave my son a lollipop and balloon and he got to choose which car he wanted to sit in. His haircut looks amazing!! I was impressed at the silent clippers, her speed and skill. I live in Burnaby but I will happily drive out to North Vancouver for any more haircuts for my son!

Got a haircut today for my 10 month old and the lady was fast and professional. I love the cute cars the kids can sit in, makes the experience more fun for kids and parents. Only issue is that there is no place for parents to sit in the store to wait for our appointment.

We had a terrible experience here when my son was younger. The hairdresser was rough and impatient and my son screamed and cried the whole time, it was terrifying for him and the cut itself was embarrassingly bad. It took him 3 years before he was willing to let anyone but me touch his hair again. When he was finally ready we went somewhere else.

Had a great experience for my 2.5 year old son’s first haircut. Really appreciate how patient the stylist was with him. It took a lot of coaxing and negotiating to get my son in the chair and the stylist was so kind and understanding. So thankful! She definitely did the best she could with my wiggly wiggly boy!
