If it's fresh every time than serve fresh donuts and not the once sitting all day and melted. Not the 1st and not the 5th time this happened. Looking at the counters tells you all you need to know...hope you learn from reviews

They only get the order right about half the time but there usually very friendly and fix the issue quickly.

Ordered the vanilla coconut cappuccino, one large one medium, after about 5 minutes in the drive thru when no one else was there, we were given two mediums, we reminded them we ordered a large, another 5 minutes and we got the large, no aplologies offered. Not sure about others experience but the beverages honestly tasted like gas station watered down hot chocolate! Not a good experience.

Ordered a chipotle wrap through driveway today at 830 pm. They asked me to wait and said they will bring it out. The order was late. Called in to say i was sleepy must get home for sleep. 5 min later two dudes come out with the wrap to apologize and give me a ton of donuts as an apology. I don’t eat donuts. Regardless it was a very touching gesture. Thanks!

Terrible food. I vow to never return again. Cream of Broccoli soup tastes like water with chunks. Everytime I go I'm disappointed. It's my fault now at this point. The service wasn't terrible.

Worst Timmyz in Canada. The management is lousy, racists and has no time for their junior staff. Poor inventory scheduling means they run of items every week.Even more annoying is the poor hygiene inside the kitchen and washrooms. The customer washrooms are always dirty so too are the front tables and chairs.Coffee machines are not washed well. Just inserted in water. They also miss and mix-up orders regularly. Very poorly run place. Do NOT waste your hard-earned $$ there.Supervisors and managers treat foreign staff like dirt, especially coloured ones from Asia. There is also idling and gossiping among the different workers within the store. Hardly an ideal place to work. Shifts are also crazy and you will be overworked!

Worst Tim's I've been to, cashier was quite slow, long wait for a simple order of 2 coffees and muffins. And everyone in the establishment with the exception of the manager(she was good) was just in a bad mood, understandably tho. Won't be back.

Well, they messed up my meal everytime I do my dine in with the kids not just once but 3 times already. I doalways brush it off because I understand that they are always busy. But tonight was the last straw. Staff were not listening on what you are ordering. Hope they will not do it one the 4th time.

When you put cream and sugar in a coffee, it needs to be stirred so that the whole coffee tastes like what the customer orders. There is a spoon sitting in an ice bath beside each and every coffee station. Try using it sometime, it does miracles!
