I had a fantastic time with Brenna today! She did such an excellent job and I’m so happy with my hair. I will definitely be back again. What a wonderful way to spend my birthday! I felt so welcome and I’m very happy with how my hair turned out, I tried something new and it paid off I got so many compliments on my hair today!! Thank you Brenna!!

I have A TON of curly, thick hair. And I have been through the ringer with bad haircuts. Kat at Ponytails does the best cuts and color, she's thoughtful and she cares so much! She takes the time to figure out what is best for my hair and never rushes through my appointment. Also, the staff is overall super helpful and friendly..I love Hannah, she is just a breath of fresh air. Such a lovely salon.

Such a beautiful, bright and clean salon, lovely staff and a great atmosphere. Alexis was personable, professional, thorough and obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. 10/10 would recommend anyone visit P & H. I'll definitely be visiting again soon :)

Fantastic experience! I came in with all sorts of blonde shades in my hair and Nicki evened it all out and gave me a gorgeous, natural-looking blonde. She was also careful about how much length she took off when she cut my hair and knew how to work with curly hair. Everyone here is so friendly. It’s a very welcoming and inclusive environment with staff who take the time to learn what you want and make sure it’s perfect by the time you leave. Definitely coming back and I’d recommend this place for sure! :)

Great hair salon with full of great people. Really friendly atmosphere, easy-to-use online booking system, lgbtq+ friendly, and gender neutral pricing systems based on time and hair length and not just flat rates for men vs women which is such a breath of fresh air. I always leave looking and feeling fantastic and I can honestly say I’ve never gotten a haircut I didn’t like from here ❤️

What a great experience. I met with Elizabeth for my first appointment. She was very knowledgeable and absolutely friendly. She took the time to listen to my wants and used her expertise to provide me with a great haircut and knowledge on products that fit my needs. 100% will be seeing Elizabeth again. Thank you again.

My spouse and I have been coming to see Edmund M. for the past 3 years, and he is the only stylist that we trust our hair to!The salon is beautiful and classicly simple, the products are great quality and well priced, and we always feel welcome and comfortable.I can't recommend this salon, or Edmund, highly enough!

Been here a few times. Service is excellent. They have always been punctual but also take their time and don't rush. The salon is clean and the chairs are comfortable. Jenn has cut my hair a couple of times and I'm always pleased with the result!

Update:I did hear from the owner and they apologized and offered a full refund and a free blow out and cut. It was much appreciated.My daughter had her hair for grad done here. I would definitely not recommend going here for that service. When she arrived she spent over an hour in the seat only to leave with no curl in her hair and the hair was falling out at the back within 2 mins of getting in the car. When she called to let them know their first response was “can you fix it at home?”When we let them know there really was no “fixing” it at home they told us we could come back in. My daughter had to move all her other appointments so she could go back to the salon. They seemed indifferent to fixing it. They pinned it but it was still not curled and we had to fix that at home. For 60 dollars it was a service I could have done at home. They offered no compensation for her having to drive back to fix a poorly done job on their end. Their failure on their end created a bunch of chaos on our end, moving other appointments and meeting around. Very disappointed in how they treated her and we will not be going back or recommending the salon to others. There was no response from the company when pI emailed to let them know what happened.

Had my first haircut today with Alexis,She did an amazing job.I love that I can choose from different stylist based on my budget.Clean and professional salon
