Extremely disappointing in the “gourmet” basket. $150 plus tax I was expecting much more then getting Mr. big bar potato chips crispers and whoppers. They could’ve been purchased in a convenience store for $10. I asked that the basket be very nice as it was for a very special occasion and I was assured that would be the case, extremely disappointed.

This flower shop is the best , I call on them for many occasions for birthdays , Christmas and yes even for funerals. They and kind hearted and very pleasant on the phone. My favourite thing is they even deliver in Sydney. Keep up the good work .!

Ordered flowers for my mother on Valentines day. The second picture is what I ordered the first is what I received. How are they even comparable? Paid 85$ for something I could have got at the local grocery store. Not happy, unfortunately for me they are closed today. Last time I ever order from them again, so disappointed.

I wanted flowers that were mostly pink and with feathers. I asked for three colours in the bow. They did that and more! My aunt loved them and they were so beautiful and fun! Thank you so much!!

I've ordered a basket called Snack Attack" for my mother on her Birthday. the basket that she received was nothing like the picture that I have ordered online or the description of it which is false advertising. I paid a total of $114.99 and it was only worth about $30.00.I'm very disappointed when I could have just asked a relative or friend to pick up the items for me. I have left many emails for a partial refund and the reply I got was "the value was there for what was received." that is a lie. I have then written multiple emails after that and no reply. Horrible customer service when I was looking for just a partial refund. I do believe in supporting small businesses

Beautiful Christmas Cactus which was just beginning to blossom. I called the florist to make sure they could deliver to Cape Breton University residence for my son's birthday. They were very helpful, it was delivered on the requested date and my son was happy with the plant and the basket they had it placed in. Great job Lotherington!

Well I wasn't happy with Lotheringtons today. I ordered six yellow roses for Mother's Day and I was told the price was $23.00 plus tax when I ordered them on Wed. But when i picked them up on Saturday I was charged over $50.00
