Amazing bakery in Brookswood area! I had a small cake and cupcakes made for my son’s first birthday and both were nothing short of amazing! All I had to do was share an idea of what the theme was for his birthday and Tessa, at Cedarbrook bakery created the most amazing designs! I will be getting all my future cakes and cupcakes from them!

I placed an order with this bakery for a custom cake and it was really good. Tessa is great at communicating and can accommodate any of your requests; I highly recommend you to discuss with her while you are placing special orders to make sure things will be delivered as you expected. In my case, cake was beautiful than I expected and taste as well exceeded my expectations. It's worth, I drove from Mapleridge to here to get my custom cake done ! Thanks Tessa✌️

I’d give a solid 5 if they provided more environmentally friendly packaging options in the deli section. There’s no reason why a company should b using plastic containers and styrofoam plates in 2021. This bakery is amazing! Sandwiches are outstanding, service is great… but just cut plastic containers and styrofoam plates and I’ll increase to a 5 (ps.. had a awesome there today, loved the staff).

Lovely bakery, deli, ice cream shop. Locally owned and operated - mom and pop" shop. They donate to many community organizations too. Kids Club means all kids under 12 years old who visit receive a free cookie. Their sweets and pies are so good! The cannoli is my favorite. This gem is worth your patronage."

Unfortunately, my experience at this bakery wasn’t the greatest. I heard many great things about their sandwiches, so I decided to go in and try it out with my mom and daughter. Unfortunately, I can make a better sandwich than the one my mom and I were presented. My mom asked the lady if she could cut us some fresh sour dough bread; however, our request went through one ear and out the other after she stated she would. We got dried and stall bread from days ago. My mom got an egg salad sandwich with barely any egg on it and I got a ham/salami sandwich and the meat was dried because they never sliced the top piece off that was sitting in their refrigerator. There wasn’t enough egg salad where they keep the condiments for the sandwiches and my mom asked the girl if there was anymore in the back and the girls like “nope,but that it would take her some time to make it”. Then when my mom said “okay, if you don’t mind making some that would be great” and the girl said “so you want me to make you some” rudely. All in all our sandwiches were horrible and we never got what we paid for. We discarded the bread and meat and just ate pretty much the veggies, which was the only decent thing for $15.00 plus dollars. Now, that I have had this experience I will stick to Subway or Quiznos (even when you think a bakery would provide a better and fresher sandwich) as I am highly disappointed with our so called sandwiches and the rude customer service. I would have given this a zero star, but you can’t so they are lucky to get even a one star in my opinion.

Great selection, lovely staff, and the bread is very tasty! Great price, too, for the size of the loaf you get.We picked up the Neapolitan cake as well, and it wasn’t too sweet - very moist. Everyone enjoyed it.

Pleasant surprise to find Blacksmith Bakery during a tournament at the LEC. Spacious and airy space that is nicer than the usual places I work while I wait for my kids here (ie Starbucks). Friendly service, decadent looking baked goods and good coffee and tea selection. I didn’t eat today but liked what I saw.

I couldn't have asked for a better cake for my sons 7th birthday. The free hand is amazingly done, and the taste was even better. Delicious

We ordered cake twice soFirst time for my birthday was chocolate cake but we all thought the same that it was too sweet. My father in law picked up the cake for me which my husband called to order. The cake was delicious just way too sweet for us except my father in law because he loves sweet so all for himSecond time, my husband ordered for our daughter so this time he said not too sweet and turned out perfect. We all loved it! I went to pick up cake myself so got warm welcome from the staffs, fast service, everything looked inviting for me to take them home so will go back to try more because didn't have a chance to try anything yet other than cakes.
