I have booked my uHaul at different location before 5 days of actual pickup date. Before an hour of pickup they called me and tell me that its not available at your chosen location and not available in nearby locations as well. (Even different size of truck was also not available) I need to go 20 kms away to pick a truck and return it. I needed the truck on very same day because I was moving out from a place and need to move in to other place same time. If its not available at my chosen location, why they let me allow to book it before 5 days? I paid extra money for those extra Kilometers. Waste of time & waste of money !!!

Not sure how you define clean and well maintained. The truck was clean for a work truck, certainly not someone you want to drive around in for long. As far as maintained, the brakes were not the best, and the plug to connect the trailer to the truck did not work.The counter staff were very nice, and the store was very clean.

Review your receipt especially if you pay by cc. Yeah they make it super convenient but when I got my receipt it had a $16 extra charge for fuel when I filled it up to the required amount and even verified with the staff before drop off

The staff were great when picking up. Unfortunately by the time I was returning the truck they were closed,but a security gentleman helped me navigate the app and helped me park the truck and also showed me where to return the keys. I then drove out with my car. Next time I’m using them I’ll have a peace of mind that my car is safe as they have security after they’re closed.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They misspelt my name and then told me that they cannot change it. I had to be on the phone for over an hour and UHaul made me jump from one department to another. Vanessa, the general manager at the Milton ON store, was very rude and banged the phone. She really doesn't deserve to be in customer service, maybe they can use her in non-customer-facing roles. I will surely not go to this location if the staff is not changed.

I had visited uhaul today to rent a trailer. I was satisfied with the overall experience. It was an easy process and a good price was given to me. The place is convenient for parking and at a great location. Located right off Steeles. I would revisit in the near future.

Poor system app. Spent 2 hours to complete the rental process. Not a quick stop. Too much time wasted. Headaches before/on the day of the pick-up. Abused the fine prints.

Not the first time to use U-Haul truck rental. They always quick and simple service. All rates and other expenses are clear, no hiddencharges. The friendly staff explained everything in advance. The truck was clean and the driving experience was nice. I got exactly what I needed in minimum time.

The young gentleman who served me seemed less than enthusiastic, as though he didnt want to be there and that the customer was a hinderance on his life. He was terrible.When collecting trailer, (which is the first time ive done this with you by the way) would go thorugh his automatic 'robot' script like process, detached from human interaction and followed a step by step as if it was read from a call sheet.Example:Arriving at the desk I said here is my order number, he replied i need your drivers licence.I explained, actually I gotyour email and i uploaded the picture of the licence as requested, and it was accepted. he responded, well
