booked a wacky Wednesday deal for three people and paid an additional $19 for four. we did this for my boyfriend‘s daughter‘s 14th birthday. Upon arrival the staff were arguing because they didn’t have enough clean stuff which made us delayed 15 minutes and only got 30 minutes of smashing time instead of 45, by the time they were done explaining the rules. we ended up purchasing another bucket of stuff to smash and my boyfriend requested a $20 TV. They measured the TV wrong and told us at the end that we had to pay an additional $17 plus tax ON TOP OF THE $20 to cover their mistake.had we have known that particular TV was going to cost that much we would clearly not have taken it. I watched both staff walk to the TV and measure it. The girl said this is bigger than a $20 TV. The other girl shrugged her shoulders and said oh well let them take it. when we first got there the girl at the counter said “just for five?” we said “no there’s only four of us…” and she said “oh I’m seeing doubles.” upon arrival, there was another group of 4 there that had made a reservation & had clearly explained that only two of them would be smashing. at this time the girl at the counter had no idea what they were talking about and supplied everybody with gear, not paying attention to what the group was saying. this group also lost a lot of time. The suits were huge and we were told that if they were too big they were smaller sizes, when we asked for a smaller size, we were told no to just try it on first. The objective of smashing the stuff was a good time but the way we were treated by the staff was not cool. when they decided to start cleaning some of the product, this is a very small space and one of the employees pulled out a huge aerosol can of Lysol, and started spraying it all over the stuff, practically choking us out. The kids had fun and that’s the main thing but definitely was not worth $220. We won’t be back and we definitely won’t be recommending.

Great place to go to let out some frustration, staff are incredibly kind and helpful.Great spot to go for a date or with friends

My fiancee and I had a great time doing the couple's package! Staff are very safety-conscious and they allow you to play your own music while you break things, which definitely made it more fun. We loved hanging things from the chain coming from the ceiling then hitting it with baseball bats like a pinata. Will definitely be going back.

We booked the wacky Wednesday deal and it was great!! For two people we had so much fun!! Would definitely go back! They provide smashables, weapons (crow bars, golf clubs, bats and hockey stick) protective gear and a Bluetooth speaker!! The people working there were also amazing and so helpful!

I gifted a session and it was very much enjoyed- I'm told it was super fun and cathartic! she recommends smashing mason jar if you get the chance :pGreat customer service as well- looking forward to going myself.

I went here just last night. We were the last “ragers” as they called it, and we had the time of our lives.. who knew trashing items would give you such a rush of dopamine! The staff was extremely professional yet fun, that perfect balance. The pricing is pretty decent, and you can purchase additional items for a good buck too! We had all the right equipment and got to choose multiple “weapons” it was such a memorable night! Thank you Rage Room!!!

Great experience but pricey for the amount of stuff we got to smash...$100 and we were done in 20 minutes. The larger items are good for someone wanting to really let out rage. Some of the mugs were hard to smash, which was fine...just had to work harder! I enjoyed throwing things against the garbage can lid on the wall and playing golf" with the smaller thin glasses. Good experience but probably wouldn't go back"

Everything about this experience was awesome. Worth every penny. I cannot recommend this experience more highly. Guy was super nice and was so accommodating about my weird no animal figurine hang up. Plan to go again but bigger next time.
