Just very disappointed!It all started with a voicemail left on my mobile phone. The voice in the message was saying that they couldn't charge the required amount from my credit card. I called back six minutes later to say that I had lost my wallet so I had to lock it, but a few days later I found it and had it unlocked. After the phone call, I thought the problem would go away. However, it did not. The matter has turned into a nightmare.First of all, they said that for every policy they could not collect, I had to pay a penalty almost as much as the monthly payment of my policies. I said I would not accept this. I tried to explain that this is a very ordinary situation, that such things can happen to anyone. Moreover, I said that no one from the company called, emailed, text and did not inform me about this situation. They said they understood me very well"

Much lower than my old one, saved more than 1k. My old one raised premium for 30% next yr so I switched it to them with the help from Ms. Kong. Well explained and practically estimated, their new premium cut my burden off. Thanks a lot. :)

DO NOT USE!!can someone return my calls ?My adjuster dealing with my claim has yet to call me or email at least once about my claim in August. Shelvi Mconinkeiy. The car rental has not been paid a cent and they are harassing me. I have called allstate st least 50 times and only get their call center. They take my name and tell me someone will be in contact. NOBODY CALL ME OR IS DEALING W MY CLAIM. I need SOMONE TO CALL ME AND DEAL WITH MY CLAIM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE INSURANCE. AMI644233 can the owner of this branch look into this!!!

Currently insured by allstate, its been a smooth ride as a customer. Recently I was injured in a accident and I've been well taken care of. Great customer service and rates.

I was duped into believing I will save 30% off my bill by completing the Drivewise program. It's not 30% off the total but 30% off a few of the lower cost coverages. My wife contacted them to inform them of her updated license, thankfully we didn't have any accident because nobody saved the updated information. I also contacted Allstate to update my payment information, that wasn't saved either so I was stuck with a $50 NSF charge because I couldn't prove it was Allstate's fault. Don't be fooled like I was. And Allstate, before you tell me to contact you"

I was an Allstate client for almost 15 years and they decided to drop our policy and left me to find my own coverage with just a little over 30 Days. Upon cancelling my house and car insurance I had a call 2 days later asking if I received their letter for payment. I mentioned that I had just cancelled and that the policy was good till the end of September with a recent payment withdrawn from my account. She then realized in her records that the letter had not been generated yet to be sent out. One month later I found myself being sent to collections for non-payment when there was no outstanding invoice sent to me or attempt to collect a small $69 outstanding balance. This office is not organized and you are not safe in their hands.
