Little Oak's Lawn Cutting

I emailed this company asking for information about my lawn. He did a drive by and told me $35 dollars. I told him I would get back to him the next day to discuss more details. When I cam e home from work that night him and his worker had opened my gate, came into my yard without permission and had cut half my back lawn. I was shocked and told him he did not do the other quarter or front lawn and told him I would give him the $35 dollars he told me. He said it was only that price if I signed a contract for a year. I told him I only needed it done every second week and he told me it would be the same price. I told him I had not given him permission to enter my yard, open my gate and was lucky my dog was not outside as she would have escaped. He told me it was $65 dollars an hour and he had been there ore then an hour. I told him in emails that if he came onto my property again I would charge him with trespassing. He sent me a very nasty email giving me 4 days to pay on a weekend or would send me to the collection agency. I told him through email to mail me the bill. He came onto my property while I was at work and dropped an invoice in my mailbox for $65 dollars with no tax. I sent him a money order so he would have to claim taxes. He is nothing but a rude con artist and should be banned from Kijiji. He did a very poor job and had no right to cut my lawn or enter my property as I had not asked . him to do so. Stay away from him he is a slim ball.
