I agreed with this guy, I guess his name is Kash to buy 2 new tires with instalation and also do alignment. After several calls in 3 days, he gave me an appointment for the NEW tires, which where not the same size as my current tires but still fit, which was fine for me. When I came to my appointment, the guy working there, who was really nice tells me that Kash got these tires for me, which were used and had visible damage. Then he calls Kash and when he talked to me he said that he thought I will be happy with these ones and he was trying to help me save money lol. I was very clear with him that I wanted new ones but still he tried to get rid of these tires by installing them on my car. Then he said if you wait a bit I can get the new ones from the warehouse in 30 mins. Then, I told him I can wait if you do a good price for me, but he refused after wasting my time and I also came from far away. What a clever way to scam people!

Great garage to take your car. You can rest assured that your vehicle would be perfectly taken care of. I have used their body shop and mechanic services and both were perfect with reasonable prices. The great service aside, Kash(the owner) is also a great guy to deal with and is as honest and professional as a garage manager can get. Thank you SJ Tires!
