I came in with an issue with an online order and Sudha helped me sort everything out. I was able to get a phone the same day and she made sure I got the best deal. She even hooked me up with a great deal for my old phone for my Grandma.She seriously went above and beyond for me today. I'm not really the type of person to write reviews but I really wanted to say how amazing Sudha was! Her coworker was also really nice and helpful. Very pleasant experience overall.

Wow I had to find out the status of my account and first used the chat on line system to get a call back. It took awhile but the Loyalty Program took care of things. Cassandra was awesome she was incredible she helped me pick up out a new phone. #TelusRocks I am transferring data on my own time.

My boyfriend had a problem with his sim card activation. We went to Telus and Sudha helped us through the very confusing process of figuring it out. She showed so much patience! she was very friendly and she knew exactly how to help. We are so grateful for her service and her professionalism. Not only did we fix the sim card, but we were also able to get a new phone with a great new deal! It’s not very often you see service like the one Sudha provided. We went in there pretty frustrated, but left very happy. Thank you Sudha!!

I definitely suggest you to go to Niloufar to buy home internet, mobile phone and SIM card. He is very patient and very friendly and offers you a good deal and gives you good discounts. I really like Nilufer and also Telus service

Sudha! Wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, very helpful. This was the MOST EASY process getting a new phone. I am so grateful to her. Saejoon was also incredible, personable, friendly, and very efficient. No STRESS!!!!! An enjoyable experience and customer priority is important to them that they stayed late. They are also friendly and caring toward each other. Thank you. I would rate higher than 5 if I could. Thank you again!!!

Very interested workers and honest, advantageous offers. AJ was extremely helpful since the day I set foot in the store. So much so, I never trust anyone else to handle my plans. Even if I get offers or find promotions online, I ask AJ first before I say yes to anything because I know he will offer best deal for me. I really recommend it.

The lady worker was okay in the beginning. Than she said we needed to pay 400 for the down payment of the phone. On top of the 600. We was getting two phones so it would have been 800 for both phones on top of the 600. She didn't even give us a choice to pick a phone she just grabbed one and was gonna set it up. We ended up not getting a phone from this location. Something was wrong with her lol . Do your research and ask questions. It's people like her is the reason why I wanna switch from telus. She doesn't know anything about phones.
