I purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue back in February of this year. Spoke with a salesman named Adit, he was a very knowledgeable, and helpful young man, he answered my questions, was very polite, we looked at quite a few vehicles that day until I decided on the Rogue, he advised me of different payment methods and extended warranty options. The whole staff that I dealt with buying my Rogue were very helpful and patient. Buying a vehicle today could be a very overwhelming purchase, the staff there made it a very enjoyable experience. Had a great experience with Steve in service. When it came time for my first oil change he was able to co-ordinate getting in the parts needed to address a re-call at the same time saving me a second trip down there. Steve has been great at addressing all of my service needs with my new vehicle, he returns calls promptly and always has time to answer all my questions. Despite dropping the vehicle off on a busy Friday they got everything done on time, and even washed my truck.The shuttle service was prompt and convenient, giving me a ride to/ from work without any hassle or delay.This dealership is across town from where I live, but the people make it worth the drive. Between the excellent service I get from my service advisor Steve and my salesman Dennis- who always makes time for me whenever I come in- makes me happy to be a Fish Creek customer.

After many “bot” responses and several low ballers we got a response from Seif Shahin. He was very professional in his approach but we were still uncertain if things were legit because of previous responses. We can definitely confess Seif is 100% Legit and works for Fish Creek Nissan. During our process Seif explained he was a used vehicle buyer and was offering a fair price and would pickup the vehicle if we agreed to the offer. We came to an agreement (way better than Trade in Value) Today Seif arrived as he stated he would, within 10 minutes he was satisfied our vehicle was what we advertised and paperwork was finalized and we had the Dealership cheque in hand for the Agreed Amount. I still can’t believe how easy, professional & honest Seif made this transaction! When I arrived in to the Service Area, I was welcome by Amanda. She was very friendly, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgeable. She gave me an estimate as to when the vehicle would be ready, and offered me several alternatives to either go back home or wait on site. I chose to stay on site as I had brought my laptop to keep working, and Amanda had directed me to a guest work station. About an hour and a half later as estimated, Amanda came to me to let me know that my vehicle was ready and to explain exactly what had been done to it.Fish Creek Nissan, do everything you can to keep Amanda happy and working there. A raise maybe... She is worth it.

Overall had a really positive experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at Fish Creek Nissan!Staff are communicative and friendly, I had a great experience with Andy and Nick in finance. Very honest and as someone with minimal knowledge on vehicles, I felt as though everything was explained very thoroughly with patience and not once through the process did I feel misled as I feel many do with other dealerships.The vehicle was at a FANTASTIC price and the finance team really helped to get a great interest rate as well.The only thing they could slightly improve on is time management, at my initial test drive appointment we sat around waiting for quite some time. I did have to wait a day longer for my vehicle to be ready from the service department and response time to inquiries wasn't always as fast as I'd hoped for. Not the end of the world though.All in all I would highly recommend this dealership! Thanks to everyone there for all of their help.
