Excellent services from start to finish! The staff were really nice, always flexible, and helpful. Prices for units were some of the best we have seen too, very affordable. Their storage units are secure and super clean. Perfect for university students having to store their stuff between school years. We highly recommend!

Thin was such a great help. He was so polite and friendly and made it very welcoming for my first time renting a unit. Very nice, clean, and spacious. I like the unit I got and I highly recommend this place. He walked me through everything and explained everything perfectly.

This place is amazing!!!. As soon as I walked in the door hadn't even closed yet and I was already greeted by Angelo. He told me his name obviously and I exchanged my name with him. Also. He offered me a seat and then decided that instead of talking about the units he would show me the unit. I was extremely grateful for this because numbers don't mean anything until you see the actual thing. Not only was his customer service top-notch but is also personable.Angela is a very cool down to earth. Honest guy. Was willing to go the extra length to make sure that we were very much satisfied. I did not leave that establishment until I was satisfied. I would 110% recommend this. They have pest control dollies to help you and even a loading talk. How amazing is that. Angelo from Q Self Storage was really helpful and made himself available to make sure all our storage needs were met. Also hooked up a good deal on the unit. The facility is clean and well kept, close to the highways for easy access. Will definitely be renting again in the future.

Angelo and the team were the BEST! Needed a place to store my grandmothers belonging for two months, and he gave me a fixed price for the two months. MUCH more reasonably priced than all the other storage places in Etobicoke!We were having issues with scheduling a crew to remove everything, and he accommodated us and provided some buffer days for us so that we can get everything done without the added stress of emptying out the storage in a fixed time!Don't look elsewhere for your storage needs! He also recommended us an amazing moving crew to help us with moving everything into the unit!Thanks for everything!

After shopping around at other storage companies, I chose Q Storage to store my stuff. It is secure, clean with excellent service provided by staff. Easy process to apply for a unit. Also price very reasonable for a large indoor unit with high ceiling which is environmentally controlled with heating and a/c. Would highly recommend this storage service.
