We have used ABC Express for a long time, would definitely recommend to anyone, this company is great!! Helpful customer service, fast response and very reliable :D

Received a package at my place of work today, and while I was dealing and speaking with a client the delivery driver rudely said that she was in a rush and asked me to sign for the delivery and seemed irritated when I finished my sentence and looked for a pen for a minute and stated again that she was in a rush and has other deliveries.

They suck

Even giving this company 1 star is generous. I don't have the choice but to use this company as another company that we order from uses them. I have requested for years for them to use another company because of the terrible service. If they come after business hours they will locate another open business to accept the delivery EVEN THOUGH the order is multiple HEAVY boxes and expect someone me to do the work. They will BANG on the door during lunch hour and if I happen to be in the office and open the door telling him that we are closed for lunch between 12-1 his retort was well at least you get a lunch". This last time though really takes the cake-again multiple heavy boxes
