Lady attendant spends a lot of time talking and catching up with other client rather than getting things done. No respect of people's time and people in the queue. Kristel was very unprofessional and rude.

They have one person all the time handeling this location. The waiting time is terrible. How come you have only one cashier for this location, please hire at least one more person, how cheap this company can be. The person helping costumers has to handle one million task at time please!!!!!!!!

This location is great. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I have sent money abroad with no problem.It'd only be perfect if I could fix a typo on my account. Otherwise the service is awesome. They are two ladies that generally are there. They both have been very helpful.

I called at 6:50 Pm yesterday and was told by a male agent that they would be opened until 7:00 PM. O arrived at 6:56 and was greeted by a locked door. A huge waste of my time, such poor professionalism.

It works. I have sent money abroad, and they came, no problem.The only question I have why the fee they charged was almost twice as much as it stated on the website.On the website it is CAD 7, charged CAD 13. Hmmm...
