171 Kortright Road West Guelph is a great place to live. Its safe, clean, has great amenities and the Building Manager, Brenda, really cares about the tenant environment. She is quick to respond to any questions or issues. Brenda puts together social events and organizes several charitable initiatives throughout the year. It really feels like a community.

171 Kortright Road West is a great place to live. It is extremely clean, safe, and has great amenities too! The Building Manager Brenda is such a kind and caring person. She looks after the building in such a great manner. She puts together wonderful social events along with various charitable events that everyone can participate in as well. She certainly goes the extra mile in everything she does. :)

We've been living at the Kortyard for nearly 3 months now and our experience so far has been wonderful. The building is clean and well-maintained and my interactions with the other tenants have all been very positive. The building manager, Brenda, is lovely as well and has gone out of her way time and time again to make us feel at home.

The building was absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it! Brenda in particular was very helpful and friendly! She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and we loved her! We hope to get a spot here soon!

The building is very clean with many useful amenities. The tenants that live here are all very kind, social and respectful. Brenda and the team here make an effort to make you feel welcome and work hard to foster a strong sense of community. They are always very diligent and responsive with questions, requests and when service/support is required. It’s a great place to live.

I have only lived here, for a few months, but it already feels like home. Building is quiet , well maintained. Our building manager brenda is amazing. All of the praise she gets is well deserved. Always helpful with the tenants. She is a valued asset to our little community here.

Brenda has really been a multi faceted asset to the Kortright building and the Kortright family, as we call ourselves. You can rely on her for everything and her concern over the well being of the tenants is well appreciated by us all. She is always at the ready to help with a smile and the best suggestions to whatever comes up. The tenants enjoy her friendliness and are usually searching her out for a few words of chit chatting and camaraderie. Not to mention the wonderful building events she hosts, I’ve never been in a building like this! I feel very fortunate to have Brenda watching over us and knowing she is there when we need her. We are a very lucky group of tenants!

Brenda makes our building feel like a home. From the community events, to the friendly hello's and everything in between. Moving in during an unsettling time, Brenda was the smiling face that was needed and made for a smooth move in process. If you ever need a quick repair, it's done before you know it. 5 starts all around for Brenda and her team. The housekeeping is excellent. Clean, friendly, safe building... what more could you ask for!

I lived at 171 Kortright road briefly about a one and half years ago with my husband and my daughter. That time we have just moved to Canada. Brenda, the building manager, is specifically to be praised as the best aspect of our stay. She had made our stay quite pleasant and cosy. She constantly stands ready to assist us. The building is always extremely clean. She goes above and beyond to assist us with any issues that arise in our unit. She is also very active during different celebration in the building. I have lived in several rental apartments, but I have never seen a manager who is so understanding. Thank you so much Brenda. In addition, the apartment is well-equipped with a gym, a library, two party rooms, and a terrace garden.

Brenda has been a great asset to the building she will go above and beyond for her tenants and co-workers. She always has a smile on her face no matter how she’s feeling she will always put her work first. Making sure to keep a well maintained building and happy tenants is her priority. Spectacular lady indeed .
