I started my three months rotation at Manitoba Arts Network during my RBC Career Launch Program. I enjoy and look forward to working on every project with my team because they are knowledgeable, patient and enthusiatic. I feel my ideas are valued and creativity is highly encouraged. I have been provided with professional gudiance throughout the period. The skills and experience I gained from hosting the annual showcase, managing projects and communicating with partners will immensely benefit me in my next journey and the future. The opportunity is precious and I am so glad to be a part of the amazing team!

During the intense and chaotic time of Covid, this organization adapted its reach very quickly to provide ways for artists to continue to generate income and remain active in the arts community via Zoom workshops, interviews, and presentations.
