I received the firearm in February of this year and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase.The staff at your store were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable about the product and provided excellent customer service. They kept me informed of the progress of my order and ensured that I received my firearm in a timely manner.I would highly recommend your store to anyone looking for quality firearms and outstanding customer service. Amazing store and super knowledgeable staff. The owner didn’t hesitate for a second to stop what he was doing and assist me with my questions for a purchase. I went in for a holster and left with a wealth of knowledge about pistol shooting competitions. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

This store might be small but they offer very good service worth appreciating. I got one of their products but it came with a factory cosmetic defect out of the box which they helped me replace without issue. Overall everything else I bought from them has been great.The drive is a bit long so automatically I am paying more for anything I get out here.

Store is great. However the staff do have issues communicating back to the customers. I was told they would call me back on several occasions. I learned through my experience to deal directly with darren with custom orders. I was told the rifle I was after was on back order. After several phone calls I politely canceled the order because of uncertainty of not getting the rifle for hunting season. I purchased the rifle at a different place and of course the next day darren calls me and tells me the rifle is in. We can chalk it up as a covid 19 delay." Either way I still intend on doing business there. Every other experience I've had in the past has been great. The staff knows a great deal about pistols also. You will often see Darren and his wife at the local gun shows be sure to stop at his table and check out his product."

Unfortunately, I have to left 4 stars review because delay of delivery due the sender (Prairie Gun Trades)This is my second purchase and Canada post cannot deliver parcel properly because Prairie Gun Trades set delivering options wrongly: instead of only signature require" it set for "Card for Pickup" which is make a mess for CP (CP has to move parcel fro one place to other) as well as delaying whole delivery. It make feeling me worse as I specially asked (before shipping) Prairie Gun Trades do not use "Card for Pickup" - my request has been ignored. ..."

Going out on a limb and reviewing before I even get my order. I was referred to Prairie Gun Traders by a local shop in Saskatoon. I am 1st time buyer of a rifle in store and am cautious when shopping online or phone. John was a GEM and had exactly what I have been looking for. Got off the phone and did a bit more research just to make certain my choice was sound. Called back, payed with an e-transfer and they are shipping to Saskatoon, easiest process I have ever gone through. Thank you so much Prairie Gun Traders! EDIT - the package arrived in 6 days and was absolutely perfect. Can't thank you guys enough!!!
