Wonderful small restaurant, a gem in Spryfield. Family owned and operated. The food is delicious, very tasty and attractively presented. The owners are very good people.

Food is almost the authentic sushi you can get. Tempura is small in terms of its size per shrimp. Sushi rice are well rolled but the the rice used can do more improvement before it can be called a dish from Japan.

This is a cozy family restaurant. My kid loved the seafood udon. I liked the sushi! Good value for money! Will definitely go again.

I just recently found out about this spot and it is actually SO good! I ordered takeout twice. It’s a small cute spot, so not much space for dine in. It was quick service and the lady who served me was very kind and friendly. They are accommodating to dietary needs and use very fresh ingredients! They have a big variety of sushi rolls which is always nice to try. The rolls are nicely filled with not a lot of rice which is perfect and the price is pretty reasonable. I definitely recommend this spot. You can easily order online or give them a call. I sure will be ordering a lot more in the future!! Yum!!

Good food . We tried the sushi platter with 18 pieces. It was prepared and given us very timely manner. The restaurant owners were really nice. The place is small but a good dine in for a sushi Cafe.

Sushi Cove is the BEST! I was so excited when they first opened because it meant less of a drive for sushi for me lol. When I tried it for the first time - I knew I’d found my new favourite spot. The food is always amazing. The staff members are always so nice and the prices are great too! I always recommend this place to people, one of the best in the city.

Wonderful sushi, I saw some reviews about it smelling bad but I've never noticed anything like that. Their timing is always great unless it's a busy night, some additional wait is to be expected sometimes, even if it's an extra 40 minutes. I understand that I'm not top priority, and my food will be ready when they get to it. They're always nice. And I expect that if one day they aren't nice it's probably just a stressful day and I won't take it personally. Sushi cove is my favorite. :)

Best sushi I've had in Halifax so far. Very fresh, filling, and affordable relative to the quality. We got the Philadelphia Rolls, Golden Dragon Rolls, and Smoked Salmon Nigiri. I genuinely can't pick which one I liked the most, they were all incredible. If you're a sushi fan in the area, make sure to stop in and have a bite.

I've been a patron for about a year (since moving to the city). Owners are very friendly. I love the vegetarian options - I find it is the best in the city. The sushi itself is always very fresh, and portions of expensive items (ie Avacado) are generous and of high quality.I look forward to my next visit!

One of the few places in the city that does sushi properly at a reasonable price. The rice to fish ratio is perfect, and everything was fresh. We ordered a small tray online and every bite was incredible. The woman at the counter was super friendly, and you could tell the chef was passionate about his craft and food presentation. (I only wish parking was more convenient.)
