Daniel provided great service to my daughter and I. He was able to understand our needs for the type of vehicle we needed, patient and I did not feel like I was being pressured. I think it was one of my best experiences overall at a dealership.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this business, and I must say that their level of professionalism is severely lacking. I found them to be highly deceptive in their practices. This compelled me to write my first-ever review to protect others from similar encounters. Upon my visit, I interacted with Moe, the sales rep, Patrick, the business manager, and Amit, the financial representative. My intention was to purchase a new vehicle under the condition that my car lease agreement would be terminated first. We agreed that if the lease agreement fell through and was not terminated, they would promptly refund my deposit. Regrettably, when it came time to follow through, they were unresponsive. I had to chase after them relentlessly, only to be told that they had no intention of refunding my deposit or taking any action. Their deceitful nature is evident, and I strongly caution anyone considering dealing with them, as they clearly have no regard for honoring agreements and are solely focused on taking your money.

Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a cat-and-mouse nightmare since Endras was bought out. Callbacks are non-existent and getting a hold of ANY associate is slim to none. I've been holding out on this review as I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt but my patience has run thin. If a client is dropping their vehicle off for a 9:45am appointment and have not received an update (not even as a courtesy) close to closing time (6pm - at which point calls are no longer answered by the dealership), there is a problem. If a client has been assured that they will receive a return call only after calling, and a client call is left unreturned, there is a problem. If a client is informed that they'd be receiving shuttle service, as said client's primary vehicle is being worked on but no further information is provided and the client is left stranded, there is a problem. These problems have been consistently reoccurring since June 2022. It is now April 2023 and there has been no improvement/growth with Ajax Infiniti's customer service. The Service Advisor, Ravin Ramnarain, expects and elicits a Five-Star Review" for their lack of service. We continue leaving the dealership with unresolved issues and an immense feeling of disdain. April 2023 I revisited Ajax Nissan Infiniti, I have to say its much better now that Johnathan is gone, they are trying very hard to make it go a lot smoother in the service dept. Ravin was very personable and kept in touch during the day as to when the vehicle would be ready. They had a loaner available which was great as I come from Ptbo and this is the closets dealership, however, I don't think they are set up completely to deal with Infiniti service as we are used to. Certainly not great on detailing as I received the car still with finger prints on the inside of the windows from the grandchildren and some wax and minor dirt on it....but Ravin came out with a cloth to make it right! My hand sanitizer and pocket change where no where to be found...I'm sure it was put somewhere., just can't find it where it was....I think once they organize an Infiniti side to it, it will go much smoother, however, I left very happy! Justin the manager sure does a great job.....as did Ravin......stay away from Scott Lee, very rude and not accommodating! I was able to give this visit a 4 star moved up from the 1 star.

I had an amazing experience at Ajax Infiniti. My sales consultant Angela was so friendly, so knowledgeable, answered all my questions I had, took the time to explain every little and big details with me, found me the car I exactly wanted, and I got my car on the estimated delivery time. On the day I picked up my car, Angela was very thorough with explain all the features and components of the car. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, come to Ajax Infiniti. Friendly staff, great customer service, and very knowledgeable.

Recently I was in a rush to find a vehicle and had the good fortune to go to Ajax Nissan and meet Annie Vaughan. She was easy to talk to, helped me find what I needed and made the process so seamless. I also saw Sarah Ferguson, who went through the paper work, explained things .... honestly, it could not have been easier!Both ladies were great to deal with and I would highly recommend going to Ajax Nissan for your car purchase. Ask for Annie - you won't be disappointed.

Brought my M37 Infiniti to Ajax Infiniti for maintenance check. The service team took time to explain to me all repairs w/c needs to be done and were very professional. Even the branch manager Justin personally checked my car. Great service! Parts & Labor cost were very reasonable as well! Will definitely recommend Ajax Infinti Service Center!
