They ran out of notebooks in the first week of class and have no plans to restock for the rest of the semester. The regular single subject notebooks that at least half of students use. What a joke. Don't bother asking questions either, you won't get helpful answers.

Most of the reviews with 5 or 4 stars here are absolutely unreliable. Everything here is over-priced and the customer service is extremely terrible. Let me tell you one thing. You can get the online copy of the text books that are better quality for a way way cheaper price.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The markup can be a bit much sometimes, as i can get books often for $30 less or more via other stores or Amazon but genuinely great staff and the extras they have are excellent.

Love the bookstore but their prices are sky high. I understand, where they are on campus charging a premium. But like... I've seen prices there 3 to 4 times what you get elsewhere. They are great for customer service and such. But like I said, sky high prices.Currently they are operating remotely so if you need anything from them it will either be via e textbooks or curbside pick ups.

Tried to order an ebook. They were able to confirm an order number, but unable to send me an access code. I tried emailing them last night, and they told me to re-order. I then re-ordered, and the same thing happened. Now I am awaiting another email, and I am not optimistic that my concern will be resolved. I wish they would be more helpful.
