Ben Gilbert and his crew replaced my old wood deck with a new composite one. Ben and his crew did a great job and came in at the quoted price. I will definitely consider Ben for any further exterior work I might need on my house.

My sister lost some singles after a wind storm and needed repairs fast as there was rain forecast for 2 days later. Roofers were very busy as this damage was common throughout the areas the storm hit, but Ben was still able to fit us into his busy schedule.He was prompt to arrive and fixed the damage quickly and efficiently on the steep-sloped roof. There are a few roofing contractors who would take advantage of the emergency situation and charge a mint, but Ben was able to do it for a reasonable sum.Would definitely recommend.

We used Ben Gilbert Roofing and Exteriors to redo our roof, eavestrough, siding and a patio door. Ben came out after shortly requesting a quote and we received the quote the same day! Ben's prices are very competitive as we had got other quotes from contractors in the area. Over the course of a month, Ben's team completed the work and every single worker encountered was professional and kind. They showed up on time and they also cleaned up very well after they were done each day. Ben was always available to answer any questions or concerns and was a pleasure to interact with. The invoice at the end of the project was the same as the quote. I would choose Ben again for future exterior work.

Absolutely recommended!After a bad storm, Ben came out and had all the damage sized up and made safe the same day I called him. Within a few days his crews had all repairs done and new gutters and downspouts installed on my house and outbuildings.Work was fast, and done right. Ben made sure I was satisfied immediately after the work was completed, and even followed up again a few weeks later after a big storm to make sure everything was performing perfectly.

They are a wonderful team of people. From the very pleasant office staff, to the hard working crew that fixed my roof. Ben went out of his way to temporary fix the roof at the time of inspection and returned, when he stated, with very polite, knowledgeable and hardworking men. Ben replaced our entire roof after a wind storm. He ensured that we had all of the information that we needed and answered all of our questions with honesty and in plain language. His entire team was very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day! We chose to upgrade our shingles because we have large (old) trees and wanted to make sure that we got a product that would last a very long time. The finished product is excellent and we would recommend them to anyone. His team are all certified and qualified to work on a roof which was very important for us.

Reached out for small siding repair, was told repair would not be a problem and they could definitely schedule me within the 2 months before I sold my house, cost would be under $300. Followed up a few times only to suddenly be told it would cost $4000-5000 for a full removal and reinstall of the whole side of my house.Ended up fixing it myself with a friend for free in under an hour.Either they were trying to rip me off or that was their way of saying they didn't want to do the job. Either way I would not recommend this business due to poor ethics and business practices.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ben Gilbert Roofing for your home exterior projects. We initially called him for a roofing quote as we did with some others. Ben was the ONLY one to respond quickly. He came over, did an estimate . He was also able to set up financing right there on the FIRST visit. As we discussed out house we mentioned other stuff we would like to have done. Ben immediately said he can do ALL of those too: New Garage Door, Shutters, Front Door, Back Door, Front living room window, pillars, eaves troughs ... He could do it all. So ... we took a chance and gave him ALL of the jobs.Ben had the work measured, scheduled and done. Not only was it done BUT was done WELL with quality workmanship. He returned calls, texts very fast and kept us up to date on everything as it was happening. He went to great lengths to ensure our colours were matched EXACTLY because it was custom. He actually cares about the job and us as customers. He is very respectful.Honestly ... if you need work done on your exterior you NEED to call Ben Gilbert.
