Very happy with the work done by Serge and sons. Some siding came off after the big storm and not only did they replace it but they also inspected the entire exterior. Renovaction had replaced our siding a number of years ago, thanks for great followup service.

Serge and his crew constructed a beautiful composite backyard deck which improved our outdoor living space. The project included correcting several issues created by previous contractors. It is always more difficult and time consuming to resolve the mistakes of others. Serge patiently worked to finish the project on schedule given material shortages. Luc was on site to provide inspiration and guidance with his comprehensive knowledge of renovations. He obtained site plans and permits to respect building code requirements for city inspector approval. Luc regularly visited the site to ensure the work was completed to the standard specified by our contract. They are a little expensive but without hesitation returned to address all customer concerns. Remember you get what you pay for in life. This was the third occasion the team was hired for renovation projects. We will keep them in mind for future projects based on their exceptional performance. We maintained a solid relationship with the owner, office staff and site crews based on honesty and trust.

Luc, the owner, demands quality and ensures it happens. His crew led by Matt ensures the quality is there in every step in the process. Communication was outstanding. Ensuring we were comfortable with every decision that came to pass during the renovation. Excellent clean up. Our backyard looked better when they finished cleaning up than when they started!The product they installed, Prodigy insulated siding, has improved the comfort of our home immediately and is very noticeable.I haven't even mentioned the office and Connie. She was always ready and able to answer any administrative questions that came up. And while I couldn't see her on the phone I am sure she did it with a smile. Very courteous at all times.This is possibly the best contractor experience I have ever had and I have had a lot. We will have them back for any future renovations we have.

This review is long overdue for the great work that Luc and his crew did on our house. My wife and I had been in our house less then a year when we found a serious amount of rot around one of our windows. After being in contact with numerous contractors we finally found Renovaction and were very pleased with their reviews and how they explained how things would be done and helped us choose colours for our new siding. The great customer service started right away when they came out and put up a temporary waterproofing around the damaged window to prevent more water from getting in until they were able to come out and start the job. They were the only company to suggest this even though all of the companies had a long wait to start. Throughout the process it was great to see the owner, Luc, come out every morning and check on the job which also allowed us to discuss any concerns we had and clarify what we were seeing. Matt and Corey were very friendly while working on the house and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving for the day. When contractors are working on the house I always like to be around to supervise but it didn’t take long to trust Luc's crew and feel comfortable with them. Early on, there was more unexpected damage found on another area of the house and both my wife and I felt comfortable in their ability to fix it. When the damage was discovered, the crew informed us right away and requested that Luc drop by so they could all agree on the best approach. My wife said afterwards that although discovering the additional damage was stressful, she was thankful that we had chosen Renovaction.As I was told when I first contacted them, they are not the cheapest, however there were no hidden costs when it came to finishing the job and they did not cut any corners. We are very happy with the work that was done, they went above and beyond for us. We have since recommended them to family and friends and will be having them come back for additional jobs.We once again used Renovaction this past summer we had Luc and his team come out to replace two windows and they did a great job. Due to the pandemic there was a miscommunication, however Luc made sure to correct everything and in then end it looks amazing. Any time we need work done on our house we will be calling Renovaction.

The RenovAction team was great. I'm going to have them do more work soon!We did insulation and siding for our house and I was a bit concerned about doing over the winter.Due to some luck with the weather and careful attention to detail by the team, the work was completed as expected with only a couple of minor cosmetic issues which were quickly addressed. Luc, the owner and primary contact, was great to work with and was on site most days to check on the work as promised.

Without fail, Luc Lachapelle and his crew from RenovAction Home Improvement never cease to amaze us. We had a problem with the siding that they installed, a defect with the material and the siding company was giving us the runaround, nothing to do with RenovAction. Luc stepped up, rectified the situation, promptly replaced the material and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. We hired renovAction for a full siding replacement on our 45 year old bungalow. We couldn't have been more pleased with communication (prior to the project start, and throughout the 1.5 weeks of the crew on-site). All three members of the crew were polite and personable. RenovAction completed the entire exterior of our bungalow, siding, shingles, gutters, soffits, fascia, columns and our house looks AMAZING! The crew was professional and cleaned up after everyday of work. Luc and his staff were professional, always available and reliable and after service care is outstanding!
