I recently needed a car and was looking for something with specific requirements within my budget. Carol Tran was very helpful and kind. I didn't feel pressured like I did at other car dealerships. Carol went so far as to email me different options, and even put a car on hold for me as soon as it came in, just for me to look at. The process of buying the car was super easy and I felt like the staff really took care of me. They made sure the car was in great condition and went the extra mile to make sure I was getting a great value. I had come across some bad luck within the first week of owning the car (accident and break in), and both Carol and Jason Hsu were very kind and accommodating. Jason took time to schedule in all my repairs personally, and went over all the details of my insurance and other paperwork necessary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership. All the staff are very helpful and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.

We've had our Hyundai Tucson for approximately two months now and we love our new car! The car buying experience was excellent. We visited many dealerships, and came back to Destination Hyundai for their service and friendly approach. Everyone, but especially Colin, was courteous and polite and they took the time to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend this dealership.

She even came in on her day off to be there when I picked up my new car, later following up with a phone call to verify that I was more than happy with my new vehicle. So I sold my daily commute car and was left without a reasonable means of automobile transportation. Lucky for me at the time I happened to be in the same neighborhood as Destination Hyundai. So I waltzed on over and had a peek at their pre-owned inventory. Stunned by their absolutely rock bottom prices I was in awe at the choices. When suddenly and to my surprise. I was set upon by the stores sales manager whom goes by the name of Tobias Kreeft. After exchanging a few minutes of friendly banter. I explained my situation to Tobias who during the conversation, almost seemed to light up with glee after I mentioned that I had just sold my daily driver Ford car. With an almost town-crier like proclamation, Tobias simply led me further down the lot to what would soon to be the new automobile that is sitting in my garage today..... A 1995 Ford Taurus! We just got it in on trade... And here is the best part Daniel. Everything and I mean everything works flawlessly! You want to know the cherry on the cake if I may add? ONLY 89

Had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car ever! The customer service was amazing, over the top. We purchased a Hyundai Veloster Turbo yesterday. Jason Juson, our sales person, was honest, approachable and friendly. Not only him but all of the members of the Destination Hyundai team were amazing . I got into a car accident in December and totalled my car... Purchased my new car at Destination Hyundai and had a great experience! Jim Hill was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, he even called me 6 months after my purchase to see how I was recovering from the previous accident. Love our new Santa Fe! Just bought a Santa Fe XL from Destination Hyundai - an upgrade for the Hyundai Elantra we have been driving for 13 years with no major issues (we are keeping the old girl as well).We would like to give a warm shout out to the staff at Destination Hyundai, and especially our advisor Bob Louie who guided us through the assessment and purchase process. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and went the extra mile to address any queries we had without giving us the hard sell. He also followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we could figure out how to use all the bells and whistles (thanks Bob). The on-site insurance agent was convenient and we are very pleased with our new wheels. Can't wait for our first road trip!

I've been looking for used cars within the past month, and I decided to check out used cars at this Destination Hyundai location in Vancouver. Right now, I am very pleased with the services that they have provided me. Mike, Jason and the staff answered all my questions and I was satisfied with them. Definitely a great service, that i bought a used 2006 Pontiac Pursuit. I would totally recommend this dealership to my friends & family and I am very happy with my purchase. :)
