The receptionist is incredibly rude, abrupt and ignorant. She couldn't care less about your personal medical needs. I can't even understand how someone so rude even has this job! Both me and my spouse were treated very poorly. Go elsewhere if you want to feel like your being cared for.

To start off with, the reception staff is incredibly rude and hostile. They give off the impression that they're not there to help you, rather to belittle. The clinic never has any availability for their clients and you need to wait at least two months to see your NP which is ridiculous. The NPs are okay but not very therapeutic at all. They just want you in and out as fast as possible. If you're considering this clinic please don't waste your time or effort. Been waiting a year in thunder Bay to be provided with a family doc/NP and I chose this place in hopes that we would get good care, but I was wrong. My mom and I will be leaving this clinic soon as we no longer feel welcomed here. What a disappointing experience.

Fantastic. So easy/quick to get into, with more services and options than a regular doctor. I feel like the NPs are more holistic and don’t just throw medications at you. I’ve used their walk in twice this month and had to wait less than 10 minutes each time. I much prefer them over doctors I’ve had in the past, waiting 2-3 hours for a 5 minute appointment. Everyone is always very friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, no wait times and Katrina takes the time with me and has never rushed me out. She always reviews the file and asks me questions about past experiences to ensure I'm doing well. By far the best Doctors office I have ever had.

Reception staff needs to be more accommodating. It’s like every time you call, they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They’ve been like this for years with no change. I have no idea how they’ve kept their positions.
