after reading all other reviews I'm glad I wasn't the only one who feel that this isn't panago. Being inside is suffocating (atmosphere) and the staff are rude, emotionless at best. I once saw they were really impatient to a Doordash delivery driver as I was picking up my food, which was subpar. The only good thing about this panago is its location being central

Normally the pizza from this panago is pretty good. Been coming here for last few years. Recently the quality control has been a bit off.... 2medium pizza with bread sticks... Everything was kinda overvalued and burnt . (Sorry should of taken the picture before we started ) hope they fix it...

I can't speak for other people's experiences, but I come in fairly often and the staff are always friendly to me. I order during the evening, so I haven't come across the lady that much who others have mentioned. Yes, there are 2/3 reserved spots for the place, and to be honest it is understandable that they would get mad if someone who wasn't a customer was parking there. The parking lot is extremely full and busy, with some people even gathering in the middle of lot due to the neighboring restaurant, so they want to make sure that their customers have a clear spot to park when they are picking up their food. Food is good too.

Terrible encounter with the staff.The lady at Panago yelled at us because we parked at the empty parking slot for only max 2 minutes.It was an emergency since our friend was in pain and very sick so we need to park the car to carry our friend out. It was cold and rainy as well. Despite our friends explained nicely our situation and said “We are leaving right away. Please give us few minutes”, the employee kept yelling “I dont care. LEAVE NOW”. This made my friend not only being in pain but also being panick with the whole situation.The staff was rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. This is a bad representation for the business in general.

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 2min and then one lady came outside from the restaurant and she told me you cannot park here if you are gonna order something do it now or get out of my restaurant. usually if you go to a restaurant you parked your car and see what you can order inside but she just kick me out super rude. I was surprised I can’t parking there. If I came here to order something for lunch. And then she just came to my car and start yelled at me like Karen. And then she just said get out of my place… what a place to come for order something totally rude.Time: 10:50am.Idk the name of the lady. She was covered with Mask and she refuse to give me her name.

Me and my friends were having dinner at bbq tasty and suddenly my friend got really sick and she couldn’t walk. We all parked far away because that area never has parking. So we pulled up in Panago’s spot for a minute to get my friend in the car.Suddenly this lady came out and said go away from my restaurant, my customers will come now even though it’s DEAD in there. We explained to her my friend was sick and it will just take a minute. Then she said “I DONT CARE” go away.I never experienced something like this from a stranger let alone employee from customer service industry.This is outrageous and unacceptable. After reading all the comments I honestly think they should hire new employees and actually TRAIN them with customer service or even human decency first.

Decent pizza. I find panago crust a bit too glutenous/chewy compared to other fast food pizza places though. Like not 00 flour kinda thing, but alright for a quick meal.

I would give zero stars if there was an option.I am so stunned from the encounter I had with the asian lady that works at this particular Panago. I had stopped my car in one of the three available Panago spots; as the lot was full due to other businesses. Within that minute of stopping, my two friends were helping one of our friend to the car as she was in excruciating pain to the point where she had to be transported to the hospital. The lady at Panago bursted out the door and started yelling at us to leave instantly so other customers can park (there was absolutely no other cars in the parking lot besides all the parked cars). Keep in mind she was watching my friends carry our friend to the car while yelling. I had informed the lady that our friend is very unwell and we will leave in two minutes, the lady proceeded to raise her voice even more and screamed I DON'T CARE

Ordered online and picked up. Love their create our own pizza so that bf and i can order our own sides (half/half) on just 1 pizza. U can choose size, sauce, cheese, dip, meat, veggies! Their honey garlic wings was soooooo good - highly recommended! Will definitely order again!$3.5 for a mini cheesecake was a bit pricey!
