Robbins Parking Service

Had to call Robbins on a few occasions. Paying a violation and inquiring about lots / month rates etc. Spoke to numerous people from all areas. All were very helpful and polite. No one likes getting a parking ticket, but its nice to have good customer service when you have to deal with it.

Got an 80 dollar parking ticket while parking at port place in a near empty parking lot while waiting to see a doctor. Zero leeway and a far too expensive ticket absolutely pathetic.

Parking violations are beyond reasonable! Received a ticket of $59.00 (or reduced amount if paid in 7 days of $36.00) for being 38 minutes over the allotted time due to a flight delay. Enjoy that one Robbins - you won't get another cent from me!"

Well, I have contract parking in a lot that Robbins patrols 24 hrs. Thats what the sign says at least. In two years only once have I chanced upon a Robins employee, and that was in the middle of the afternoon mid week with a near empty lot. Although every weekend the lot is filled with patrons of the adjoining two pubs including the stalls clearly marked Marina parking only. There seems to be no way to contact Robins when there are clear parking violations, and no way for those who have contract parking to have violators removed from the reserved stalls! Could Robbins please respond to weekend and holiday parking violations, and make good on the contract they have with Stones Marina!Regards.and happy holidays

I was delivering blood to the hospital. The drop off area was full of vehicles, (there was nowhere to park), so I parked at the parking lot. I was in and out delivering the blood to the lab within three minutes and the Robbins Parking guy was already all over my vehicle giving the ticket. I explained the situation, but he refused to listen and walked away. My company is fighting the ticket and I will likely not have to pay. But where is the humanity in this company? A blood delivery could be life or death for someone and this parking cop is going to nail me even though there is no space to park anywhere else. If he was allowed to ticket the ambulance while they're dropping off a patient I know he would not hesitate. I see him being beligerant with people at the ferries in Nanaimo all the time. But I guess that is the kind of employee Robbins prefers. For I am certain I am not the first to complain about him.

No place to email or anything so I’ll leave this as a review.I have been using the honk app for 3 months and have all receipts/ emails notifying me I’ve paid for my parking at my apartment. But have countless tickets from you guys.I’m trying to understand why I’m getting tickets and paying for parking all at once ?

Every time I call with an issue for the Langdale ferry parking. Customer service is very kind, understanding and professional. Thank you!

No ability to contact them after 4 pm. Signage in payment kiosk says you can add time using the app. No, not unless you bought the initial time using the app not the kiosk.

Got a parking ticket at duke point ferry terminal. I had paid fully prior and have a receipt. Called and they said it was a computer error. Annoyed they sent a letter to my home when they were incorrect and I had to take time out to make sure they didn’t bill me/collections. Customer services just said oh ye stuff happens, no apology at all.

The staff are always helpful and friendly.
