Personally I dont know ANYTHING about bikes. Came in with a used road bike thinking I needed new brakes and my gears we're all messed up, but after speaking to some VERY KNOWLEGABLE people at the HUB they explained to me that my bike was okay and I didn't need to replace my brakes. The help I received was awesome! 10/10 would recommend!

These guys deliver A+ service every time; and they're genuine cool people with great personalities; the banter is always entertaining to overhear (or participate in). I brought my road bike in today (Feb 16) for fenders; I was in desperate need, due to the muddy, dirty riding conditions. These guys don't even sell road bikes but they slapped my fenders on right away, and kept working until they got perfect clearance. Fantastic shop, GO THERE.

Good staff, but they tend to like to randomly close during very regular business hours (at least Canadian business hours - seems illegit to close on a USA holiday, quite frankly). I can only proclaim that they are inconvenient, at best. Also, while their repairs are good and quite reliable they can be quite expensive.

My wife recently had her bike serviced here so I thought I'd give them a try because she was quite pleased with her repairs.I also had fabulous service. Quick, good pricing and job well done. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Everytime I've needed something fixed on my bike I've stopped here. And every time they've done a quick and amazing job (even when they're very busy). I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for bike repairs.

The best bike shop in town! Fun, friendly and fast service. Pricing was exactly the same as everywhere else in town. Definitely will recommend, as a matter of fact, I just sent someone down there who spent nearly $1000.00 a week after I bought my bicycle.

Great little owner operated shop. I popped by to replace my handlebar grips. The guy was super busy but still took the time to help me out, lend me tools, check back when I was struggling to install them and all the while helping other customers with a cheerful friendly disposition. Great service!

Best staff team! These guys are very well educated and skilled mechanics, it is very prevalent that customer building is their first priority. They charged me substantially less money than other bike shops in town quoted me and threw in a few extra little services they noticed free of charge. I have even bought items that I didn't necessarily need, just because they have treated me so well. It is a shop that you can stand behind and want to give back as much as you can. The shop itself is more focused in cruiser type bikes, but have a vast selection of all bike styles, and their accessories are nothing but the highest quality. At the customer service standpoint they are by far the most trustworthy/skilled/friendly staff you will come across.
