Not a contractor. They make you sort detailed construction materials and charge triple the price. People are nice but trying to keep planet clean is becoming complicated and very expensive.

This place is a dump.Very helpful , always friendly when directing where what should go. Had a large battery to drop off at the hazardous waste centre and the attended mentioned you could turn it in for cash at another location. Thanks buddy !

The lady at the first booth when entering would need some etiquette on communication. There is no need to be rude when providing covid guidelines, we certainly did not argue with her., yes we understand the rules under covid and we do understand she needs to inform. It's her condensing attitude and rudeness that was unnecessary. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she needs to be replaced. All other staff we encountered after entering were professional and friendly.

Everytime i go. I get charged, sorted household waste is suppose to be free. I have taken the time to sort it as per their standards.

I can't imagine the experience being any better. Been there twice to bring back household hazardous waste. Staff are friendly and the place is well organised. Was in and out in a rew minutes. Keep up the good work!

Have used this dump location for more than 15 years. It’s an absolutely essential service offering and professionally run. Appreciative for the service and for the staff that make this possible. Will be clearing out my garage today and hauling another load before winter snow comes and stays.

The staff at the gates are usually great and I understand the challenges staff at the disposal sites face but their message delivery could be improved. The biggest problem is with the corporation itself. This is a place trying to make money of waste. Recycling and environmental concerns are not a priority over profit. If they can make money by selling recyclable materials they will do it but as soon as it's not making money, it's off to the landfill.
