GCL Diesel

I’ve heard good things about GCL. I recently had an opportunity to use their services. I had brought injectors in for testing. The level of service I had was exemplary!! I was shocked at the level of courtesy and respect. You don’t find that much anymore! The gentleman that delt with me was very kind and informative. I had a lot of questions and he was more than willing to answer and ensure that I understood. I will most definitely be a repeat customer when I need their services. The gentleman I delt with was Raiden Litke. I’m sure that the level of customer care from all staff there would be comparable to the experience I had with Mr. Litke. So, a little backstory here. I'm a Field Technician, and I had a customer with a fuel system issue on a much older piece of equipment, and I was not too familiar with the type of injection pump that was on this unit. I called GCL Diesel with hopes someone would be kind enough to talk with me about the characteristics about this pump and it's specs. I almost expected no one would give their time to someone else out in the field, but these guys were great. They listened to my questions and gave me as much information as they had to guide me in the correct direction. Their information assisted me in making the right call, and not wasting time out in the field running checks that may have not been as effective. This resulted in me getting my customers unit up and running, and myself gaining a little extra knowledge for future use! Thanks GCL.

I had to get an injector tested by them ( they were recommended by bosch area rep) they were really quick, I shipped the injector from Calgary, they emailed me when they received it, tested it and send me back the injector cleaned with new crush ring and all the paperwork on the next day. I recommend these guys, they answered all my emails really quickly and went way above my expectations. They were friendly and knowledgeable, when I have other issues with injectors or turbo's I will then go out of my way to do business with them . :)

Was referred here by dk ford. Purchased 8 heui injectors for 6.0l ford. Am very pleased with the quality and performance of their product. But what set them apart was having spoken with Micheal I believe he's the owner. I received answers to questions I've had for years about the 6.0l powerstroke. He was able to answer all my in depth technical questions where even ford techs I've spoken to were clueless.. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and product I received and will be referring everyone I know. Guy saved me a lot of heart ache and wrench time. Thanks gents.

This company worked as quickly as they could to get parts for my husband's skid steer. The parts arrived late on a Friday and we couldn't make it to them before they closed for the day because we have a long commute. They are closed on the weekends but one of their people came in on Saturday so that he could pick them up. That saved us from having to wait until Monday which was great. Hubby had a few customers who were waiting for snow removal. This probably saved him from losing their business.

Top notch customer service. Bought an injection pump for a 2000 dodge installed and it leaked out of the piston timing cover. They sent a mobile mechanic next day to repair the issue in the truck. Highly impressed and my go to for any future parts

I would never buy anything from this company. They have the worst customer service and do not stand behind their dealings. This company will sell you junk and then say it's your problem. They're are plenty other places around to buy injectors and other fuel parts from that have better service and integrity!Update:In response to the response. On the phone GCL specifically told me there was nothing they were going to do for me and were not willing to help me in anyway. Now online they're offering to work with me offering special pricing. This after I posted a google review! Shows the exact point I'm try to make do not do business with them.I specifically would have not purchased these injectors spending 1500 dollars if I thought they were not going to work. Who would?In my mind they were functioning injectors with tests reports in hand, I naturally thought I had other engine problems until now. After installed into a perfectly running engine it was confirmed that infact some or all the injectors purchased from GCL did not function properly and according to GCL that is my fault not there's, apparently. Yes I purchased them instead of the other injectors by the guidance of GCL sales person recommendations at that time I was getting a good product. Buyer beware!Following up after testing the 6 injectors I purchased from GCL Diesel, that they claim were tested and okay the real truth is only one injector passed. Please folks don't throw your money away with these rip off companies that wont back what they sell.... buyer beware!!!!

GCL DIESEL (DIESEL UNDERSTOOD) but not ethics to deal with customers. We bought a set of injectors from them back in Dec 23rd 2021 was given different price but charged $100 over each injectors= $600.when reached by phone I was told they do record all calls but when asked were not able to provide audio recording to prove who lied and funny thing 5 out of 6 injector were not working right after install sent them back around Jan 10th 2022 .until now today April 08th 2022 no contact from them when called them to check they offered refund and said they received refund from manufacturer about week ago and working on refund but i was not contacted at all in 3 months. Now they refunding me to save themself from providing audio if they provide they are on hook to lie about pricing and also they don't care if we had to buy set of injector again from someone else. We were told labour will be covered under warranty policy but now i was told only injector are being refunded. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

All around great experience! I dropped my turbo off for a rebuild and it was done the next day. As it is on my daily driver they did everything they could to get it back to me sooner than later, at a very reasonable cost. Their staff was kind, knowledgeable and quick to answer any and all of my questions. It was a clean and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair. I will definitely be back with any future work I have!
