I don't know what their teaching methods are like.. I wish I did.. But I don't. The instructor and also manager Melissa wasted my time twice. She completely missed my lesson the first time and then canceled last minute the second time when she realized she has an appointment booked. The second time I booked I specifically asked them to make sure she would know she had a lesson, and they said it was confirmed, no hiccups.Both times she had no idea she was even suppose to be teaching.They then tried to rebook me a third time and I requested to at least have a different instructor with a better handle on their schedule, but she is the only one for the Kitchener Waterloo area apparently. So I declined and decided to just not recieve lessons from this company at all. I would rather not run the risk of having my time wasted further.

My son enjoys his piano lessons with Melissa and looks forward to them. Melissa is a very patient instructor and knows how to engage her students!

I wish i could rate them zero but google doesnt allow me to. They dont have a office or working phone to talk to someone . Only email communications. They dont really understand your issue and simply would redirect to their youtube videos. One of the worst booking website and process . A high school grad will design a better site and booking workflow. Stay away from them if possible. There are much better options available.

I think my favorite thing about Feely Piano School (besides not having to leave my home to receive quality education), is the passion and creativity that goes into every lesson. There isn't a person out there that cares more about their students than Emilee. And she makes it her mission to be sure that her staff feels the same.An amazing idea exicuted beautifully.

Feely Music provides online piano lessons that are convenient and flexible. One of the teachers, Tanya, has been great teaching my daughter with patience and empathy. We'll recommend her to other parents who are looking for online piano lessons.

MELISSA IS THE BEST!!! My kids have been taking piano lessons with Melissa in KW for about 1.5 years now and we love her. She's great with the kids, very kind, patient and encouraging. She's creative with the lessons, she really goes above and beyond in preparing to make sure they stay engaged. Melissa has also been very flexible when we need to make changes to the lesson schedule. We really appreciate her hard work.

Feely Piano School teacher Nancy in Waterloo is just great. My two kids have been taking lessons since January 2019 and Nancy has been able to make lessons fun and enjoyable.
