I bought an Icon to support authentically produced Christian Icons. The detail in my ‘Christ the Pantocrator’ icon is beautiful. And the certificate on the back outlines the Icons authenticity, that is also clearly seen in the quality.I recently discovered that many websites sell fake Icons, and that Art of the Icon is working to stop these fakes or at least to support the groups that produce genuine Icons.Thank you for your efforts in supporting the age-old Icon creation tradition, and for the beautiful Icon itself!
