The young lady who came door to door was very personable, however the quality of work left a lot to be desired. Here are the issues:1) They said they were going to fill the cracks in the driveway. That did not happen. They put some sort of extra substance over top of the cracks but all it does is show through the top coat of black paint or whatever it was they used.2) she said it would go on shiny but dry matte, which you can see it did not (all posted pics are after drying)3) there are pools of the black substance they used on the driveway. It is extremely inconsistent in terms of the coverage and looks awful.4) they got the black substance on the concrete path beside the driveway and had no way to remove it. She said they use “turtle wax” but they don’t have it on them, someone else is going to have to come by and fix it. I’m not holding my breath. I’ve called them several times now and have yet to be able to speak with anyone.5) the young man had to use the washroom and asked to use mine. He was COVERED in black stuff! I get it. People have to go, but seriously, call your supervisor and have them pick you up to take you to go.Edit: I initially gave the company 1 star due to the experience. I have revised it to 3 stars because of the post-service experience. I called their call centre and the lady was really nice, but they couldn’t commit to when they’d be out to fix the problems. A week later, I got a call from someone from their team saying she was right around the corner and could she come take a look. She came by, and corrected the issues and resprayed the driveway. I don’t remember her name she was super knowledgeable and experienced, and she just seemed to be a good person all-around. She was able to fix it thankfully. She was a great rep for the company.

Kindred Everard came to our door and told us about Canadian Property Stars services. He was very polite and highlighted the key points of the service.After we went ahead, he took his time and made sure the job was done properly as if it was his own driveway. Great job and very professional.I highly recommend this service to anyone who has driveway issues that needs repairing.

Ahmed came to our door to provide aeration as he was in the neighbourhood. $100! later. He was done in 15 mins. We have a very small yard with no grass at the sides. Since then, I have spoken to another lawn company that does it for $45. I will never do door to door sales again.

An amazing place to work! The job is certainly not easy and the days are very long, but with this company you actually get rewarded for working hard! If you're willing to give 110% effort, to keep a positive attitude, and to learn how to get good at this job, you can make a TON of money in a short period of time. In my opinion it's literally the perfect job for a student who needs to save up for tuition over the summer.In addition to this, the workplace culture here is unbelievable. CPS is a no swearing company and one that does not tolerate any negativity. Also, the company certainly does NOT treat its workers like slaves - as a matter of fact, they will not force anyone to work any day they do not want to work. With this job, you literally get to craft your own schedule and pick the days you want to work. And the amount of money you want to make is really up to the worker - if you choose to work hard, stay positive, and learn the job, I believe ANYONE can make over $200 a day.One more thing - this company does NOT teach slick sales tactics to rip people off. Managers teach us how to go about doing sales in an ethical manner, and the company prides itself on having long-term customers who absolutely love us! I personally love the fact that by working here I am able save up a whole lot of money and at the same time serve so many people, make their lawns and driveways look beautiful, and put big smiles on all their faces. Today I had my driveway sealed by Canadian Property Stars. This is the third time I have used them for this job about once every two years and I have never been disappointed with the job or their hard working employees. A very nice man named Emanuel did my driveway and did a super job. I recommend them without hesitation.

We used them to seal the driveway I paid extra to have the cracks. The job was completed 2 months ago. I have been calling every couple of weeks and they finally showed up today. It looked better before. I will never use this company again. I am not sure it can be repaired Save your money.

On Apr 10, 2023 Canadian Property Stars caused $5,400 in property damage to my hardscaping when their employee drove their aeration machine over interlock with blades in motion. Operator and supervisor acknowledged damage and said to call their General Manager at head office for reimbursement. Company refuses to respond to email, phone, fax, fb - or any method of communication. On one occasion an employee did answer and stated that mgmt was aware of the incident but perhaps too busy to get in touch.

We have used this company in the past but this year they took our money and never showed up for the work. They don’t return emails or pick up the phone either. We want our money back

I had been planning to do my driveway sealing myself this summer but had kept putting it off. Then a Property Stars member knocked on my door and offered to refinish my very tired driveway at a very reasonable price. I said yes!The result - What a great job, on the surface and all the edging.I love the result and the employee I dealt with was super engaging and nice...super positive experience...10 out of 10 would recommend.
