Former employee of 2 years. I would not recommend synergy fab for any work. Or future employee. As they don’t follow proper weld procedures and let unqualified CWB welding take place by welders who are not certified in that procedure. They don’t properly train there employees or get them certified for jobs. The shop is ran with a Justin Trudeau attitude they don’t follow labor laws and human rights. Highly recommend staying away. Much better welding shops in the area.
