We were driving on Bank St. and one of their driver in tesla was driving crazy..

Great service from the cab driver. Reception could be friendlier.

Call centre attendant is friendly and service is efficient, Driver should avoid taking about politics.

The cab driver refused to drive me because apparently I was smelly. I shower twice a day and clearly this is prejudice.

Called a taxi and waited 20 minutes, called them again and they said there is 7 people ahead of me and they don’t know how long it’ll be, so I had to call a different taxi and by the time that one arrived I had to cancel my very important appointment, would not recommend this taxi service especially if you want to get to where you’re going within a reasonable time

The driver accused me to call twice ! Which I didint ! It was a mistake on their end, and he refused to open the door to me , and refused to drive me to my destination! Started yelling at me and call me names ! Outside of a school in fro yo of everyone ! What kind of service is that ? FRG8161

I never use this service anymore since one driver had to be creepy. Regal has been better.

First call, told us we were 6th on the waiting list. To call again in 20 minutes to follow-up.Second call, told us we were 3rd on waiting list. Third call, now 45 minutes of wait in our building entrance, told us that nothing moved because they dont have any car in our city (Gatineau). Not smart enough to mention that on the first 2 calls, wasting people's time, what a joke. Dont bother with this company.In light of the company's reply, that you can see below, it is clear that they are missing the point, blaming the weather, the whole 3 cm of snow. My comment highlights a poor organizational aspect of your customer care, and basically a bad approach to the service render. You know, thriving companies make adjustments, bad ones, they make excuses.They actually showed up at our door 2h05 minutes later, after we had even canceled over an hour prior. Double bad organizational skills. Not impressed, my 1 star remains. Have a good day...
