She was one of the most professional and knowledgeable esthetician’s I have had the pleasure to meet. I felt so comfortable with her. My skin was radiant after and I will be visiting her often. I’ve been going to Derma envy for over a year now and I can’t say enough great things about the business, not only is it clean, bright and offers great services and prices, but the staff are amazing. Samantha is so kind and talented and Starr is also stellar. I’ve had to move appointment times around a lot of times and they were very patient and accommodating of this. They have awesome packages and prices for the services, if you’re thinking about it, this is your sign to book a consultation with either of the lovely girls who work there!

We have been going to Samantha Basso for a while now and her knowledge and smile makes you very comfortable. Our appointments are for laser hair removal and she is awesome at what she does!! Very highly recommended!!!! Thank you Sam for your great care!

I go for regular facials at Dermaenvy. The clinic is immaculate, and staff are lovely! Sam is my go-to-girl! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease! My skin has improved significantly since I started going to Sam. She always knows exactly what my skin needs each time. Highly recommended!

I recently had a service done with Starr and WOW! I can't rave enough about how professional yet personable she was. She walked me through every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable...and the quality of her work is amazing! I highly recommend booking with her - you WON'T be disappointed!

I have been going to DermaEnvy for a few months now and have been serviced by Rachel. The salon is pristine and clean, and exudes professionalism which is echoed by Rachel. I am sharing my overall experience and I have no other way of getting consideration. I sent an email month ago but no one acknowledged for what I was going through.I have been taking laser treatment from your salon and I am disappointed when I was literally told on the first meet during consultation about the plans and charges. I was also told after your 6 treatment done, for every single session you need to pay $25 per treatment. I honestly asked her on that point that for how long is this for because my 6 sessions gonna take some time. I was told this is our forever scheme for all individual you can come back and take single sessions for that price. I was impressed because this was affordable to me.Upon my last treatment, I was told system has been changed and we can no longer apply code and can’t give you $25 session anymore.My question is if that was not a forever thing then why was this not told to me at the very first day? Now that client need more treatments, it should be their responsibility to be on their words for at least existing clients.This was completely a breach of trust and you left the client nowhere when things have gone out of hands and it’s no longer affordable. I can’t pay $50 per treatment. This was just a waste of my money. I regret why did I started getting the laser treatment and had to left in between.I can send you the pictures before and after of my face hair growth. After shaving, I have been getting such a coarse growth which I never did before. I wasn’t getting trolled before from my friends that I have thick hairs like beard. Not respectfully at all. I will fight for my rights if I have to.Anyways, this I just wanted to let you know this was not a great customer service experience with your store. Hope you acknowledged me a month ago and I won’t have posted it here. Hope you understood my concern. Thanks

Was getting lasered down before. I've never had any service anywhere below the belt. So I was nervous. But it was nothing to fear. Sam was easy to talk to and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. 10/10 service

When I moved to the Island I needed to find an esthetician who made me feel safe and comfortable as my best friend did back home. I booked with Samantha Basso and she made all my fears of going to someone new go away. She made me feel so comfortable and her work was perfect I can't thank her enough!
