As Co-Executors we experienced the professional and genuinely-personalized care of the Springfield Funeral Home team. Throughout this experience, timing and details were all as agreed to.

Not a great experience had to fight for a wood coffin. My dad wanted to be buried in a suit so I took one went to pick up suit bag after funeral and the suit was still in it Wich means they buried him naked. Didn't even put photos in casket like they said they would. I'm so disgusted by there service. I we'll never use them again I just can't believe the disrespect

I helped with my father and mothers and sister Joy funeral. I have always been impressed with the exceptional service we got. As I look back there is not anything that Springfield could have done to enhance our. With 10 pastors in our families we were well equipped to do the memorial service ourselves and you didn't have a problem with that. I am very pleased with the kind, caring, helpful and empathetic service that was provided to our family by Springfield Funeral Home. They were very helpful in meeting our needs to create a beautiful memorial funeral service and memorial card. They also provided several options and helped us to make choices that met our financial needs and Catholic Christian beliefs. The staff worked very hard to make a difficult situation much more bearable and they helped create a very nice memorial service that many friends and family will remember.

The care and attention I received with the loss of my son and my mom made things less scary. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I had no questions left unanswered. When picking up the ashes of my loved ones I again was met with kindness and respect. On a different note I have experience with them professionally in that I work at a family practice. Again they are so kind and very respectful of your loved ones on this end as well. ❤️

After taking this review very seriously, Springfield has had me back to explain why I may have had these previous feelings, and showed me my options moving forward. Caring enough to address my concerns is comforting.Working with me to provide my families wishes is commendable and greatly appreciated.After our latest appointment, I feel my family member is in good hands.Dealing with this part of life has great challenges, and Springfields directors (Aaron) has shown me, he is at service for my family, and has the knowledge to guide us.Sometimes we all need to remember, people are just doing there job, and part of doing the job is explaining all the options, and the costs associated.Thank you.I understand it's a business, but I feel as though they would like to soak me for all we have. Selling me additional plots for the future, expensive head stones, etc.Being younger, I feel taken advantage of

I really assumed that they would be too expensive! I was wrong. They were kind and compassionate and flexible for our needs.

I unfortunately had occasion to attend two services for family members only weeks apart. My father had pre-arranged his service. Other than an initial hiccup with calling in when my dad passed away (for which Springfield sincerely apologized for), the service was excellent. Pre-arrangement means not having to make difficult decisions at a terrible time. I would recommend Springfield and I would recommend making pre-arrangements.

I want to express how thankful my LH‘s family and I are for Springfield. Aaron took the time to listen to what was needed and was kind in answering all my questions on what would happen to my husband from start to finish.We had one big issue with the casket that was quickly resolved by Rod and Aaron.My husbands service was perfect in every single way and I cannot thank the team at Springfield enough for helping me through the worst day of my life.Thank you.

Amazing care and service provided to our family. They took care of every need we had in a professional manner and with such care and compassion. We didn't have to worry about anything.
