Quality tires at fair prices.Extremely slow service.

I checked my tire pressure recently and realized that they had inflated my tires to 50psi, which is about 50% over the recommended pressure. The service was fine, but this mistake is unacceptable and possibly dangerous.

Please Costco try to train the crew there more how to deal with the customers professionally; my appointment was 11:00 am and I showed up at 10:30 to just drop the key and leave , they didn’t serve me and told me I have to come back at 11:00. Not at all a typical Costco representative attitude.

I went at the opening time in the morning for tire changing as the staff told me first come first service. But when was at the counter, they told me to come before 4:00am in the morning for get myself a place.

The appointment for tiet change given around 2 weeks back was not registered and they said they could not find.But the good part is they accepted to take the work.

Lots of new things, services are great as expected. Thanks

Litteral joke talk to a guys help me find a battery i need, forgot some detail for the dimention called 15 m later then this lady tell me their can do that and i should go buy it to an other store that sell battery what a joke lost 1h of wating on line for nothing at all... And i forgot to add that their don't change their opening time and day...

This just literately happens 20 minutes ago.My parents went to the tires center wanting to order a set of summer tires. They were standing and waiting for 15 minutes without anyone presents at the service desk, with other potential clients, to speak to the service advisor.The lady finally shows up at the front desk and told them Costco cannot order the tires for them (the model we see from the website) and they need to do it on their own and send my parents to their merry way to home. Mind you, my parents are elderly and they are not tech savvy. So I call back to the center to get more information. the same lady picks up the phone. lady told me I have to come to the center with a valid membership ID and she will place an order for me.I told her why my parents were at the center just 20 minutes ago and the center sent them back home because the center cannot place the order for them but magically you can place an order for me? And also, the same center ordered a set of winter tires just 4 months ago for my parents. The lady on the phone suddenly cannot understand any English as soon as I confronted her about my parents' shopping experience. For the benefit of the doubt, I switched to French with her after.The only explanation she gave me was the center doesn't have the same access as the website warehouse to place the order. When my parents are the the center; they were not even offered an explanation but just being told we cannot do it; order it yourself. So at the end, I help my parents and place the order on the website.Costco always has good price but the people they place at the service desk often has questionable customer service skills and sometime total lack of willingness to help.
