Top notch service. As a first timer...I was greeted and was made to feel as though me being there mattered. Without question one of my top 5 experiences of phenomenal customer service. The clothes are beautiful and well laid out. Honestly there were so many positive things that I look forward to going back.

I just witnessed an extremely rude customer treating one of the staff poorly. Staff member remained calm and professional. My own experience was top notch.

I love the store, the staff, and the clothing. However, I have an issue with the quality of their Pilcro line. I purchased a pair of faux leather pants a couple of years ago. Wore them to my Christmas party and came home in shreds!

Lovely and eclectic selection of products with pleasant staff when in store. However, the Oakville store hardly answers the phone when calling even in non-busy times in contrast to the Don Mills store which answers promptly.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Once I was trying on items and the associate was so helpful and got me many sizes and new items to try. Mind you it was middle of the day and not busy. They were willing to take back two items that were gifts without gift receipt and were more than happy to make sure we left with something we liked! I’ve also always been cashed out by very sweet cashiers! So far it’s a great place to shop!

Ordered a gift online (not a Xmas gift). When I ordered, I checked the delivery date to ensure it would arrive by Dec 7, when I needed it. Your system indicated it would arrive between Nov 29 and Dec 1. On Dec 1, I received a shipping update indicating it will now arrive Dec 14 - too late! This is the second time I have had this issue with Anthropologie. You seem to have an issue with your supply chain. While things may be taking longer (fallout from Covid), you should be adjusting your delivery confirmations to reflect this, versus over promising delivery timelines. I won’t be ordering from Anthropologie again.
