Top Notch Service, Wonderful Lounge!I reserved my recommended Synthetic Oil Change and Tire Rotation the previous week and my XT4 was taken in right on schedule. Mervin relayed to me that they could do the Radio Software update I knew about as well if I had a little extra time which I did. I took my reading material into their beautiful brand new just opened Cadillac Showroom and relaxed in their stunning and roomy lounge with a couple different teas over the next hour and forty five minutes. I have to say if one must wait for vehicle servicing this lounge is the place to do it. Comfortable well spaced out chairs, big screen TVs, superb background music, beverages and snacks, laptop work area, ( I might actually pop by next month and pretend my vehicle needs servicing )- I believe this was the first time I actually enjoyed the time spent while my vehicle was being serviced. Mervin advised me an hour in on how much longer everything would take which was appreciated. With servicing complete my XT4 is waiting for me just outside the service door and I’m prepared for the winter months to come! Terrific experience from beginning to end.

Nathanial Foster was kind and considerate in explaining all features of my 2022 Buick Encore GX. Did not rush my decision. Good salesman.

Called Gauthier Cadillac to arrange to see and test drive a used vehicle advertised on their website. Got to the dealership and test drove the car. Decided to buy it and sat in the office to talk financials. Salesperson came back and told me the car had been sold 5 days prior.Apparently has happened before.Terrible experience. Would not recommend.Salesperson was lovely. Not her fault.

Very knowledgeable sales lady Kirsti showed me a few vehicles and comparisons between them took time to explain to me .I will go back to decide .

They sell the best vehicles on the road. And the staff and service are very helpful and great at their jobs.

Purchased my first Cadillac XT5 in the fall. Our sales rep was James R. and he was outstanding. We never once felt rushed and left very informed about our new vehicle. We love our vehicle so much that when my mother in law was recently in the market for a new vehicle we insisted she drive a new Cadillac. She picked up her new Cadillac XT4 yesterday and is in love.Thank you so much James for your incredible service and detailed explanation on absolutely everything we needed to know. A bigger thank you for putting up with my mother in law and getting her into her new Cadillac! You are truly the best and will will continue to see you for all of our future Cadillacs ❤️Another note regarding service. I was due for my first oil change and was having a difficult time making an appointment as I work 7 days a week. The service department was at my home this morning to pick up my vehicle to take for service and left me another Cadillac to drive to not interfere with my busy work schedule! They phoned that it was ready and brought it back to me. This is service!! 10/10 recommended everything Cadillac !
