Our experience with Keith construction was definitely positiveThe project was relatively small in size as a Reno in a very crazy economic climate . I was grateful for their quick responsiveness and getting things all lined up and completed in a very tight time line .The superintendent Tom was always collected , listened thoroughly and thoughtful in his approach which lead to great outcomes for us .In the year or so that followed our project they demonstrated goodwill and follow up on any Warrantee issues and homeowner concerns

We have been working with Keith Construction for many years as one of their flooring suppliers and cannot say enough great things about them. From their estimating team, front end staff and project managers, they are extremely professional and are dedicated to providing each customer with a high quality, transparent experience. They treat each sub trade and each customer with respect and have the utmost integrity. We are proud to work with such fantastic builder!!

We used Keith Dahlen Construction for the design and construction of our custom built home. With this being our first build project, we naturally had reservations going in regarding how to choose a construction contractor, but Keiths were able to put us at ease and explain the whole process without putting us under any pressure. We were extremely happy working with them at each stage of the project, especially so given we were resident overseas for the duration. We found every member of the team to be thorough, experienced and entirely customer focused. The quality and standard of the finished home by far exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith Dahlen Construction to anyone looking to embark on a similar venture.

We chose Keith Construction because of their reputation, and they did not disappoint. I have been in the construction industry all my life in Alberta as a flooring retailer/contractor so i know the issues that can arise when you are renovating an existing home. Thru all the stages we were kept informed and whenever we had a question or concern, it was addressed promptly. The quality of the trades that worked on our home was very professional and we would highly recommend Keith Const and all their staff for any project they are working on.

We hired Keith Construction for a number of interior and exterior reconstructions around the house. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and expertise and all the amazing work they have done for us. Even during times of Covid we always felt safe and very well looked after. Everyone was always super friendly and responded promptly. I would highly recommend Keith Construction whether the job is big or small we could not more happy with their amazing work and the end results!

I am happy to provide our positive experience with Keith Construction. As I am sure many others would appreciate, we were stuck at home during the Pandemic and couldn't travel so we decided to do a few renovations to our home. It began with a fairly small job to convert our dining room into a study/office" and convert another room into a bedroom. Ken Dahlen was very helpful giving us great suggestions for the design and giving us a clear understanding of the regulatory requirements that needed to be included in the project. We also appreciated Tom Saliken (the onsite Project Manager) for taking the time to build be a custom display for my guitars. Nearing the end of this relatively small project I mentioned to Ken Dahlen that we always wanted to have a pool in our backyard

It has been a pleasure working with Keith Construction on building the home of our dreams in the mountains. Even though we reside in Ontario, Keith Construction made each step of the decision making process easy and fluid, with regularly scheduled virtual meetings with their in-house team and our interior designer. We found them to be well-organized, attentive to details, solution-oriented, and quick to address challenges or problems.Even though it was our home they were building, Keith Construction took the care as if it were their own and we are confident we have a high-quality build. They were efficient and were able to meet a tight build schedule, finishing many months ahead of some of the homes being constructed by other builders in our neighbourhood that started at the same time.Keith Construction is a lovely, family-owned business and wonderful to work with. We could not be more pleased with the house that Keith Construction built for us. Their entire team is very professional. We initially enjoyed working closely with Chris and Coral during the planning stage and appreciated their patience with the various iterations we had. During the build, Doug and Renee were our key contacts and they were great to work with as Renee did her best to keep us all organized and on track despite delays in making some of our decisions or making changes especially since we were not living in Vernon and delays were starting due to COVID. Doug's extensive experience was evident and invaluable. Doug and the trades that KC uses all did a solid job as they all take a lot of pride in their work. We also appreciated Doug's opinions and ideas throughout the build process. We were hesitant to build while we were still living out of town but we are both so happy that we did and that KC did such an amazing job. We also thought KC's timeline to build was impressive. During the build, KC as a company, including Ken and Bryce, are very responsive as they promptly resolved any issues that arose.We feel very fortunate with our experience and would highly recommend the KC team.

Experience of build was made easier through the attentative service from Doug, Chris and Renee. On the go changes were both accepted and even encouraged which allowed for a great finished product. Any additions to budget were our choice and the use of builder trend gave us control through pre appoval. I have recommended Keiths to everyone I see. The feedback from supplliers also said they were a top notch builder . I have to agree. Our dream home is a reality.
