FOOD & SAFETY CONCERNSWhen I went in to pick up my cake, I saw a male employee of the bakery working on a cake without a mask, hair covering, gloves or an apron. When the male employee made eye contact, he immediately went to wear a mask. Another female employee was wearing a mask without gloves, apron or hair covering working on another cake. Without mentioning possible bylaws that have been violated such as:failing to protect food from contamination or adulteration"I find such action to be grossly irresponsible

The amount of work put into our cake was amazing. They were able to make the requested figure extremely detailed and looked just like the real thing, everyone wanted to eat it.The actual Cake was delicious too! Not too sweet and great texture. It was really fresh too, delivery was right on time.Well worth the price!!

Exceptional cake shop that can cater to your needs for special celebrations! I found this boutique through Google search, and I was glad that I trusted my decision to give it a try despite there were very limited reviews and photos, but the photos somehow caught my eye!I’ve ordered cakes from various different Chinese bakeries over the years mainly for its tropical flavor options and conservative sugar content that is not overly sweet. However, the design were all standard-typical, nothing extraordinary.Years later, I’ve finally found a Chinese cake shop that I really like for the design and taste at Louis XIV Cake Boutique! The service provided by the owners was great, and the finely artist designed cake for my mom’s birthday looked outstandingly lovely and tasted delicious! Trust and communication is all you need with the owners to bring your desired dream cake alive!I highly recommend and will personally revisit for all my future cake needs!

Never been here, but my brother in law always comes here for cakes. The custom designs are pretty insane!!! Love the detail of the Pokémon’s and even the Pokémon cards!! The taste was good. The buttercream was thick and silky. The red velvet cake was spongy and had a nice bounce back when cutting into it, which made it light and fluffy. Great job!! Though it isn't their speciality, I stopped by here late on a weekend to get a birthday cake. They are quite pricey, around $35-40 for a small 6? inch cake, but the flavours and textures were quite nice. Unfortunately we were not told that we had to let the cake sit to defrost from the freezer, so we ate it while it was still icey. After we let it sit, the layers fell apart.

Love it, got both their fathers day and mothers Day special cake and my parents loved both of them. Will definitely be coming back for birthday cakes, for the price you pay you get very tasty and good quality cake.P.S my father never likes cakes but for the first time ever he ate half of the cake on his own.

My entire family were in awed that the cake is so beautiful.Tasted : 5 out of 5. I have told the Bakery chef that some of our family members can't have too sweet, due to their health concern. And I am glad that she listened, and she altered the flavour of the cake that caters everyone. I am very impressed.Price : 3 out of 5. It's reasonable. 5 is very a bargain deal and 1 is expensive. I give 3, it's where it belongs. Reasonable but not too pricy.Services : 5 out of 5. Very friendly people and they listen to their customer's needs. Great communication means great outcome. They do pay attention to the little details. It's something I wish some of the other shops should take notes on.Overall : 5 out of 5. Definitely being my go-to cake shop. We are really happy with our wedding cake. It is not just beautiful but also very tasty. Louis XIV cake boutique is really generous on the butter cream, usually there's more cake than the cream but their cream is as much as cake. We have wedding guests who asked about the ingredient of cake filling after our wedding.
