We paid 40k for the elevator in our king city homeAfter 6 month elevator did not workWe called them they came under the 1 year warranty. He fixed the minor issue and told us the back up battery is not goodAnd recommend us to purchase another battery and another year of warranty total was almost a 1000 dollars.We never use the elevator.Back in January my foot start hurting so I decided to use the elevator to go upstairs,the main floor door beeps but the door is stuck. You need a stick to unhook the controller which is made by honey well.I googled and found pard number and read about the part. It supposed to last 55000 time.Even if I have used the elevator from the day we moved in April 2018 to today's date it should not exceed 3000 cycle.The honey well controller it is either defective or not installed properly.We called Cambridge elevator. Befor anything he want 300 dollars plus parts to send the tech and investigate the issue.I got upset I was expecting apology and a tech will be in 24 hours to solve the problem either by replacing the defective part or instal it properly.An elevator that we did not use it even 3 hours for the past 5 years goes down 3 times.I hope that they apologize and send a tech to replace the door controller that beeps but does not engage properly to release the hook and let the door open.Sam chehab

We had a cambridge elevator at our previous residence and always had excellent timely service. When we purchased our new home there was another elevator and because of poor performance and service we replaced it with a Cambridge. Needless to say we are very well taken care of by the team. The technicians are knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Service is timely and costs are reasonable. A special shout out to Darryl for his support. We highly recommend this company.

Hope I don’t need any services in the future other than annual maintenance but know that if I do, they’ll be there for us.

Cambridge Elevating installed the elevator at our house in Sep. 2022. The installation went very well and was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the elevator.

We have been working with Dan from the Sales team for the past 6 months while we have been designing our house. Dan has been very professional and quick to respond to questions we have had during the process. In addition, their showroom which displays the various options for finishing of residential elevators gave us comfort in knowing the look and feel of the final product which will be installed in our home. Building a SMART, sustainable and accessible home is important to us so that we can age in place, and host our mothers when they come to visit.
