Thank you kindly to Dr. Carrie Lubrick for her compassionate care for my 91 year old mother’s cat, Chrissy. Thank you to all the staff that we interacted with when we brought Chrissy to appointments. Friendly and courteous. . The end of life care was very respectful, peaceful and comfortable for Chrissy. Thank you from the family.

Very friendly and professional team and very patient to answer all our questions. We live in Lethbridge though there was no availability in town for our new puppy. Going forward, it's well worth the short drive to Coaldale to see this location. Besides, it's a good excuse to get donuts at Coaldale Bakery too. ;)

The staff was accommodating and helpful, if I ever have to use them again,( hopefully not,) ill use these guys!

First time ever using this vet clinic as I'm new to town. Took my kitten, Teeter, in for her first set of shots and the staff was super friendly, clinic was clean and my kitten was definitely made to feel comfortable there! Great group there and highly recommend them!

Coaldale Pet Clinic is an amazing place with truly compassionate caregivers. We had made an appointment for our senior cat, Frank, to have some health issues checked out. They were unable to get us in as it was later in the day, so we made an appointment for the next day. We ended up going into the Emergency Pet Hospital in the city, however, because Frank needed immediate attention. Sadly, we had to euthanize Frank. I called the Coaldale Pet Clinic to, of course, cancel the appointment for the next day. They were lovely and caring over the phone, and they went a step further....we got a sympathy card in the mail a few days later! It meant a lot to our family to have vets that care so much about our pets! We will continue to support this fine vet clinic in the future!!

We had to put down our 20 year old dog. 2nd dog in 4 months. They were so warm and caring, and the prices were better than the first place we used for our 1st dog. We recommend them highly

Very kind, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. My 12 year old had an eye removed due to a cancerous tumour on the lid. It had been treated years before. Once successfully, 2nd time not. I left it until it changed or was causing my kitty more grief.Coaldale Pet Clinic did pre surgery blood work to determine if my cat was healthy enough to withstand surgery. Open and honest. I thank them. Shiza and Dusty thank them.

I called them to see if they could help my with my tropical fish. They said no and laughed at the question. I eventually found highlands veterinary hospital on the west side of Lethbridge . They happily helped me through the issue.

They are always great there! My cats had a really good experience.

Absolutely wonderful clinic! They were so good with my kitty and half the price of my last vet! I would highly recommend them!
