I work here but the customer that wrote something below decided that he wanted to come into the store with a product that was already used and caused a scene just cause he wanted to return a product that already been used and brought back the product looking horrific. Owner tried to reason with him because he did not want him to be upset but he kept on arguing with the owner which I’ve never seen the owner that upset before. We’ve never had an issue with our products before. Next time you buy something knowing you don’t actually want it please return it before using the product.

Store is pretty lame. Ive seen and been to better stores with better people who are highly interested in aiding to your needs. Return policy is stupid. I bought a hair oil and wanted in returned within 1hour and they said they cant do nothing but exchange. Dumb policy especially if it hasnt went beyond 3 hours. You won't make much sales that way.

I hate this hair store its literally last resort for me. I tried to return something i bought the same day for a refund because i decided to go to a different store but they wouldn't give me a refund, only store credit as if i wanted to buy something else from there. BSW Beauty is way better.
