Grove Collision Repairs
I hired Grove Collision to repair my vehicle from an accident. When I picked up my car it’s was not repaired properly nor complete. When my file was started I was with Kristina who was amazing and helpful and friendly, Kristina left and I was handed over to Bob who was everything but pleasant. He lied to me and my insurance company many times and gave advice on something he had no idea about. They broke things on my car and tried to cover it up and did very unsafe repairs. My vehicle is now being completed by another shop.

From the first call we made (to Kerry), everything went exactly as promised. We dropped the vehicle off- everything was organized, was updated on progress, and was able to pick up the vehicle at the promised time. After my vehicle was struck by a semi, I was sure the damages couldn’t be fixed. Grove Collision was recommended to me by a family friend, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. My vehicle was not only repaired to immaculate condition, but it was also done in a timely manner. Their staff are kind, understanding, and respectful of their customers. Brought in my mini van for minor collision repair on the front passenger door. Very happy with results- took a little longer than expected but they did a great job. My paint colour is uncommon but they matched it perfectly. They also detailed the van which was really nice.

Grove Collision Repairs
I’ve unfortunately had need of these wonderful peoples help a number of times over the years. They have always been very helpful, and accommodating to my needs. Just today at 330pm I have them a call because my window in my truck wouldn’t roll up ( the switch gave out). Bob and the crew over there squeezed me in at the end of the day and got a new one installed quick! I so appreciate these awesome people and their dedication to helping others! Thanks again to Grove Collision!

There were a few hiccups in the journey but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kristina and staff at Grove Collision They did well keeping me informed on what was going on and all delays . Waiting on parts is out of their control would recommend them and use them again for future needs. But I hope it’s not because I crashed into a pole. LOL
