I was involved in an accident many years ago that has left me with a broken body and intense chronic myofacial pain syndrome. I have tried the health care system and have been jumping through hoops for years along with every pill, injection, program or therapy doctors and therapists could think of.There were many times I did not want to go on in life anymore. I worked so hard only to fall, get back up and fall, and try try try again, all the while trusting a health care system that has many flaws. I was debilitated for around 6 months. Pain that I felt only death could relieve.It may sound crazy but I had no one else to turn to but cry out to God and gave my life to Him. I finally gave up thinking I had any control over my life at all. Things changed after that and I was introduced by my best friend's buddy at a dinner who could tell I was hiding pain. He mentioned a Dr.M.B. So with no options left I went. He was the first doctor that did a hands on assessment of my entire body and knew of every injury both past and present. I came in with a neck brace and sling to hold up my arm that did not work and weeks of tension headaches. This Doctor used an ultra sound to guide needles into my vertebrae and platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) into my jaw, shoulder and other structures where he discovered multiple tendon tears that were deemed un treatable by other specialists post MRI's. Immediately I walked out being able to move my neck in all directions plus I could use my arm again.It has been very painful journey but I am happy to report I do not take 4 of the meds prescribed any longer. The remaining meds have been cut to almost nil and I can work my health care job and complete another attempt at my degree. Most importantly I can be a better husband and father to my son. Obviously I thank Dr M.B. for all of this but I truly believe God has given him an extraordinary gift to heal on a holistic level.He is not your average naturpath, this man knows human anatomy and physiology better than any doctor I have met battling this pain for more than 20 years. If you suffer from pain, and you have given up. Do not give up yet. Go see this doctor and the amazing health care team he is supported by and see for your self. I know God blessed me with this man and I am so very thankful to actually want to live again. My quality of life has drastically improved. Plus he is a wealth of knowledge and funny too. I know our time together is coming to an end because I am getting better but he will always be my primary care provider and the one who knows my body better than I do.He is non-judgmental and delivers client-centred, strengths-based, recovery-focused, authentic, genuine, responsible, accountable, and passion driven integral care to every patient he serves. There is a form you'll need to sign before showing up and your temperature may be taken at the door. There is multiple hand washing and hand sanitization stations. There will be no body waiting in the waiting room until further noticeFeb 18, 2021 - happy to report that Dr M B is not seeing me as much anymore. I have recovered to a state where a lot of massage keeps me out of the doctors office. Ive been all over the place for years and it cannot be coincidence that I found 2 more awesome human beings helping me get to a better place. Christine Yang and Tycson Boult are passionate about their work and have been just superior to so many others. I think it takes a special kind of person to do this type of work. Dr. Berghamer has been such a life-saver for me. I've had severe, debilitating neck pain for over 15 years (Craniocervical Instability). I finally learned it was from a rare genetic condition (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome). I tried everything from chiropractic care, physiotherapy (one physiotherapist in particular has been very helpful), laser pain therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, CBD oil, medications, but all of those things just kept my head above water. I was diagnosed with Craniocervical Instability by Dr. Blaskovich at the Whiplash Clinic and he referred me to Dr. Berghamer. I started prolotherapy with hope and desperation, but I had no idea how much it would help me. After the 2nd session I started to notice improvements: my pain decreased and my neck was becoming more stable. After each treatment, the improvements are more obvious. I go every 4 weeks and that, plus weekly physio, has improved my quality of life drastically. I recently had to go 6 weeks without prolo and experienced some neck pain; it reminded me of what life looked like before Dr. Berghamer's treatment. My husband and I have noticed the biggest difference in my functioning since seeing him. He's also helped me with other health concerns.

I went to see Zachary for my lower back injury. Before seeing Zach, I was having trouble with my hip flexor movement. After the treatment, I was able to bring my knee to my chest level to put my shoes on. Great treatment and helped a lot!

Awesome physio and chiro. Equipment needs to be updated an elliptical is really needed to help patients heal quicker.

Catalyst has been incredible for my overall health. I began by seeing Trent for chiropractic care, and eventually added in physio, massage and kin, leaving other providers to unify my care at Catalyst.What's really helpful is the team communicates with each other and works together at providing recommendations, which I credit to speeding up the healing process. Andrea (physio), Trent (chiro), Konrad (kin) and Julie (massage) have all been exceptional.The front desk staff are super helpful, and other than a couple parking availability issues I have nothing but rave reviews to give all aspects of the clinic!

Catalyst Kinetics is the professional exercise training team! They have best coaches! I met Ryan Tseng who is the one: very knowledgeable, very patient and educated me step by step, who helped me overcome fear for wrong way to warm up and avoid sports injuries! I would like you all go there and check it out!

I found this place through a friend who runs a salon. Highly recommend a visit here. I consulted chiropractor Zain and RMT Dilpreet so far and one of the best I have experienced in a very long time.Dilpreet worked with me based on my body conditions and applied the right amount of pressure that I needed.Zain M made a thorough analysis of my body and suggested places that needed help and RMT worked on those areas.Can’t wait to explore other specialists and it’s a pity it took me 4 years to discover this place that’s close by.

Been going to see Austin for a little over a year now and he's been phenomenal. Very thorough in his work and does a great job at explaining and educating along the way. I've seen multiple chiro's, but Austin stands out as the best by far. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable chiro!

Great place for a professional massage. Sarah Ma is really communicative &knowledgeable and she used hip blocks to relive my lower back pain while doing the massage and it worked wonders - I’m surprised I’ve never seen other massage therapists use this!On top of that I brought my 10 month old baby and she played peekaboo with him and somehow he was a little angel for the full hour (Wild huh?!). Apparently it’s common folks bring babies and pets here so it’s not really that spa ambiance if that’s what you are looking for (if said babies/pets make noises!).It was also super efficient paying and checking out etc, because you create everything in the system beforehand, credit card, insurance claim etc.Will go back again soon!

I've seen Dr.Der Spencer for my sport injuries. He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate. I had clear explanation of mechanism of the injuries, what to expect for the recovery and how soon I can get back to gym. He suggested progressive rehab program, which was working well. The exercises considered a type of sport I am involved. Der definitely cares about his patients and has a very good knowledge.
