i have been going to Horseshoe Valley Dental for years now, and have been really happy with them. Dr. McInerney is very gentle and she's good at explaining everything she does, which I really appreciate. The hygienists have all been fantastic and very friendly.

What is not to like?Horseshoe Valley Dentist is conveniently located for us.Dr. Susy Lee has been firm but quite gentle during any of the procedures performed on me over the past 10 years or so. The same applies to Lorie, my current dental hygienist at the facility.Since acquiring the in-house computerized crown manufacturing equipment, no more (gagging) impression experiences or second visits for lab manufactured crowns to be installed. And in my experience, a far more accurate and functional result.Dental assistant Pam and the administrative staff are always pleasant and helpful. I am almost" looking forward to my next visit...."

I came to the office and immediately felt very safe with all the extra measures in place around sanitization. Lots of hand sanitizer around and everyone in PPE.Dr Suzy Lee was wonderful, she really made me feel at ease. They completely explained all the options for dental work and the costs before moving forward and made me feel very confident in my choices.

Wonderful staff to myself akd my son. He’s going through orthodontics and they’re diligent in teaching him how to better take care of his braces. They’re patient and Dr. Susie Lee is exceptional at what sue does! The hygienists and assistances are amazing also!

Awful service. Twice the reception staff messed up big time at my expense and never apologized. First they were weeks late submitting insurance forms, then they made a mistake on my appointment time, so I missed out on work, and all they could do was offer me a re-scheduled time. Never apologized for either incident. On the upside, the dentists and hygienists are very friendly and do great work. But if the reception staff can't organize appointment times properly, or submit insurance forms in a timely manner, is it really worth missing work and waiting an extra month for insurance money?I'm going to another dentist.

Dr Megan Mcinery really did a fantastic job after suffering from some bad dental work done at midhurst dental. The staff were kind and welcoming.I would recommend her to any one.Very profession in both manner and work.Thanks for making me want to go to the dentist again !!

Dr .Susy Lee and her associates are efficient and professional. The office is conveniently located on Horseshoe Valley Road.Our family has been 'clients' for over 10 years, but we are treated more like family. The whole staff are friendly and courteous....from Vicky at the desk..all the dental staff...to Tracey in the office.We have a severely autistic son who needed orthrodontic work. The past 2 years, the staff has worked patiently with us and has turned the seemingly impossible task of applying braces to a new and complete smile.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
