The prices are a bit high, but the cloths have great quality and nice classic designs. This particular Roots is a bit small so there's less sizes and variety than in bigger ones like the one on Bay and Yonge or the one in Eaton Center, but still a good place to get some cloths.

Love their collection of down jackets and hoodies. I have been to this location for a pickup order, the staff was really helpful.

I purchased a sale item last week that I didn't try on and specifically asked the sales associate if I would be able to return it to which she answered yes. Fast forward to today, I go in trying to return the item and the manager is full of attitude and not willing to do anything about a mistake that her employee made. The employee that greeted me and was at the register with me then asks her can't we do anything since our own employee misinformed her" the manager then says okay and turns to him and says "don't you ever do that to me again in front of a customer". Horrible customer service from the management except for the associate that actually said something."

Selection isn't great at this store. Also, everytime I walk in the employees give mean girl vibes which also isn't great.

This is a decent location!The staff are helpful and the selection is okay.

Yesterday I went with my son to buy some pans for him, I I couldn’t find the proper size for him, unfortunately nobody asked if I need any help, I tried to talk with some representatives but they look to busy.

The lady who’s working at the cashier on Nov 24, 2017 around 8pm was very very rude! She literally yelled at me and my bf that they were closing! I hope the management will take an action for this unpleasant experienced and fire her! It’s not good for their business!
