Been dealing with this company for about 15 or so years now. Cannot think of a time when they did not have the part I needed or had it in a very short time. Never a wrong part either. As a do it yourselfer, they even gave a few tips here and there.

Awesome! The exhaust vent motor blew on my furnace at night. The next morning I called around and everyone only sold parts to contractors. Downriver sold me a new motor, no problem. 10 minutes to install and the heat was blowing. My heros!

I feel like I was tricked into buying the wrong part. I provided a picture and name of the part I needed, along with my furnace model number... asked me a question that I wasn't familiar with and sold me the wrong part. I insisted that it didn't look like the part in the photo I took, but he said that it was a different part. Even though I never even took the part out of the box, I can't return it. Talk about poor customer service, I'll just be ordering my future parts online going forward.

Mike from Downriver in Clinton Twp. was absolutely awesome! I was in a crunch to fix my furnace before this Christmas Holiday and he came thru for me on both getting the part's and helping me diagnose the issues i was having. They supply parts but the additional time and help was much appreciated. I have never written a review before but thought this deserved my praise. Thanks again Mike and Greg!!

The first time I called i was given a price on a 15ft split unit line set of $68 dollars, I needed to confirm the size so I told them I would call back. When I did I was told they don’t carry 15ft Line sets only 20ft and it would be $160. Thanks for making it easy to choose to buy from somewhere else and pay half the price!
